I was just about to wash my hands of Nissan completely due to previous experience with another dealership owner where things did not go so wellThe GM [redacted] really took ownership and responsibility for things that were not even in his control, and the entire dealership made us feel important and as if our concerns and needs really matteredThey not only solved my previous complaints, but went above and beyond to continuously deliver stellar customer service that did not stop at just the purchase of our new vehicleWe sadly were rear ended shortly after our purchase and instead of feeling completely alone and lost about what to do next, we were able to count on the dealership who helped us transition effortlessly to rental car etcIt was really nice not having to iron out all those details in an extremely stressful and chaotic situationNissan of Greenville is a nice, friendly place that takes your situation into consideration, knows your name, and treats you as an individual person, not a number in line or statisticIt's very rare to find actual customer service anymore, so when you do, it's best to stay loyal and help that business to growI strongly recommend this dealership as they will always have my business for as long as [redacted] is there

After the initial purchase my experience went from good to bad to worse There are still issues that were in my purchase agreement to be taken care of that after attempts are still not correct Nissan is saying that it is not something that can be fixed I have been lied to about schedulingForced to drive out of my way because no one would return my callI had my new car smell of smoke when it was cleaned because someone was smoking while they cleaned it When I was supposed to have my car filled with gas they couldn't find gas cars and said oh they are sorry come back again I am told my car is ready for pick up - I come and have to wait an hour for it to be washed and cleaned - I get in the car and it has not been touched on the inside DO NOT go here if CUSTOMER SERVICE is in ANYWAY IMPORTANT to you at all

Worst experience ever from the financing, sales manager, salesman, and service department.
Purchased car on 6/30/16. Was told I would get a great warranty. Finance guy left out, "if you pay for it."

It was downhill from there. My salesman scratched my paint and tried to hide it. He kept saying they were detailing my car (for 2 days). When I picked it up there was a huge glob of paint on the side and my salesman was hiding in the restroom the whole time. It took a while to fix the paint. When it was done I had to wait for it to be detailed. It was washed, not detailed. TheY didn't even vacuum it. They told me to come in to get an airbag cover replaced, but they never ordered the part. When they finally fixed it, my paperwork said it was also detailed. Nope! I had to call to find out if my license plates were in. After calling 3 times and speaking to several people, they tell me yes. I don't think they were ever going to call me.

I will never go back. I will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else.
