protection will not cover the paint chip, it will only cover the dent on the vehicleIf Mr*** can come into the store we can go over the coverage and if he would like we can cancel the policy for him and offer him a refund for the pro-rated amount of the time when the vehicle was purchased.Thank You,Cliff S*** GM
