Review: Purchased vehicle on 11.*.15 for $10,220.00. Was told my loan was with [redacted] Auto Finance at a rate of 14.56% and that it was high due to my credit so they had to use a [redacted] lienholder. Was given installment contract from [redacted] and told by officer John to not pay that any attention that what I need to see is the payment amount and DMV fee. Of course like all other consumers, I signed the document and when I got home went over the numbers and they did not add up.

Vehicle Price $10.220.00

DMV Fee $337.00

Warranty $2,000.00

Tax $1,139.00

Deposit $1, 500.00

This leave an amount finance of $12,196.00. Amount financed on [redacted] RETAIL INSTALLMENT CONTRACT is $13,576.00.

When asked for explanation of discrepancy I was told by loan guy John it was a FEE from the [redacted] bank. I asked why wasn't I told that and why isn't it disclosed in the figures. I also told him I wanted to see it in writing not hidden in the numbers. He said he would send something and never did. I called [redacted] Auto Finance and they were unaware of this fee. I kept calling the dealership for an explanation and was told after several days by Antoine G** (salesman) that he was told by the loan officer, there was nothing the dealership was going to do about it.Desired Settlement: 1) I want them investigated for Price Gouging. and

2) I want a refund for the difference of $1,380.00 that was illegally added to the cost of my car without my knowledge.

Review: Nissan did not provide the appropriate paperwork to [redacted] my insurance company when I purchased the car in September of 2014 and [redacted] has now informed me if they do not receive the lease agreement & a copy of the window sticker they will terminate my insurance. I contacted Nissan as this is what they were required to do & [redacted] the [redacted] said he couldn't help and that I would have to obtain the information myself. When he was told that a complaint would be made to the Revdex.com he said go ahead & contact whoever you want. Nissan did not follow proper protocol when they sold me this car as the paperwork was not filed and now they are refusing to due the due diligence needed to correct the error on there end and send [redacted] what they need.Desired Settlement: Nissan will need to provide the appropriate paperwork & anything else [redacted] requires to clear up this issue.

Review: I had went to Premium Nissan for annual service (45,000 Mls Manufacture. Rec. Service). I left Nissan with the Service receptionist stating that both my control arms and drive belts needed to be replaced. In addition to such, I had left with my car making a noise when I would hit a bump and/or turned the steering wheel; something that my car was NOT doing prior to this visit. I brought my car to have the control arms and drive belts replaced. I was called midday to inform me that the car was ready for pick up and that all was set. When I picked up my car, my car continued to make the noise and on top of this my brakes had a delay when I pressed on them. The next morning, I turned my car on and immediately noticed that a brake light went on. I called Nissan to inform them of such, and I was told to bring the car back; however this had left me very anxious and nervous. Besides anxiety, I question how is it that Nissan can allow me to take my car knowing of such and on top of such, not informing me of such; because a test run was made prior to giving me the car. A problem of that manner is very much noticeable. So I took it to Pep boys nearby instead (there is distance from my home to Nissan) and I was informed that it is a miracle that my friend and I made it safely that day; as my braking system was severely damage. They confirmed that the control arms were placed however, my front and rear pads and rotors along with both outer rods needed changing. I became very anxious and at this point did not feel comfortable allowing Nissan to do any more repairs to my car; as every time I drop my car off, it comes out with a new repair problem. Pep boys took my car and repaired all its damages; which costed me $,1364.11. A price that could have been prevented; as well as the safety of me and my colleague.Desired Settlement: I would like my expenses($1,364.11) to be refunded for the negligence that a test run was done and yet my colleague and I were allowed on the road at the expense of our lives. In addition to such, I had to have a co-worker escort me to the closest mechanic (Pepboys) because of the anxiety I was given.

Re: Complaint ID [redacted]

Dear Sir/Madam:

On June **, 2013 [redacted] came to our service department complaining of a noise coming from her 2007 Nissan

Murano during turning and going over bumps. We diagnosed vehicle and advised customer to replace control arms, links,

bushings and spindles. She agreed and picked up her car the next day. The car had 48815 miles at that time. The car also

had been at the dealership in March 2013 and was I nspected with 45578 miles . We inspected the brakes

both times and found them sound.

The customer called us the following morning and stated that her brake light was on; but, when asked about the actual brakes, she said

they seemed fine. We then advised her to release the emergency brake and; if she felt the need, to return for a brake inspection. We did

not from her and surmised all was good .

Prior to her purchase of the car we had replaced the rear brakes at 31900 miles in April 2011 during a pre-sale inspection. On both services

of March 2013 and June 2013 the brakes along with other parts were inspected and found to be sound. The customer stated the brake light

was on during her drive home and the next day. The customer apparently did not notice the emergency brake light was on and drove around

with brakes engaged. This could very well have caused a brake failure. We do not see where Premium Nissan Ltd. had done anything to cause

or contribute to a problem. If the customer had felt the need to replace brakes with another shop, that is her privilege. We had inspected

brakes on both occasions and found nothing wrong.

If customer would like, we will offer a free multi-point inspection and

oil change at anytime convenient to her.

Yours Truly,

Review: On 1/*/2014 I financed a Nissan Altima SV from premium Nissan. The total cost of the car was $20,920 and I made a down payment of $7,000 which brought the price to $13,420. After the agreement was signed at $13,420, June of 2015 I found that they went behind my back and added additional charges (2,300 for key replacement) (2,250 for tire and wheel) (2,126.83 for an additional sales tax) all which I did not agree upon. This added on to the 13,420 made the price 20,314.83 not including my down payment of 7,000. I was curious of my payoff amount In June of 2015, which is a year and a half later, and I made a call to the payment company to find out the exact price left to be payed. After a year and a half of making faithfully making every payment on time, I was told my balance is over 16,000. I was astonished at this amount because I went into the finance contract under the impression that my payoff balance was 13,420. I explained to the person at the payment company that there had to be a mistake because I didn't even start off with that much to begin with. Not to mention that I have been faithfully making payments for over a year and a half, which should have lowered the balance not increase it. Then they went on to tell me of the above prices added on. Immediately I told the company to take off the extra charges because I did not agree to any of them. They informed me that they didn't have anything to do with that and all they do is collect the payments. I would have to go back to the dealership to resolve this issue. Therefore, I went back to the dealership on 6/**/2015 to speak with someone only to be told by the receptionist that the dealership is now under new management with a different name, it is no longer Premium Nissan and is now Nissan of [redacted], and can't do anything about the contracts made with the previous management. She did however give me the number of the Nissan corporate to see if they can do anything about it. I contacted the corporate and informed them of my situation. They said this is a serious matter and will be taken to the highest Nissan authorities the next day. I spoke to a representative by the name of Mark, and he gave me a case number ([redacted]) and said I will be contacted the next day. I was contacted, but only to the disappointment that they have no power to do anything about this situation and one of the reason is because there is no longer a Premium Nissan. I am not pleased on how Nissan is handling this situation and would really appreciate some help in resolving this issue. Please look into this matter for me as I have no where else to turn, thank you in advance.Desired Settlement: The extra charges that I did not agree upon to be removed from the contract.

Review: Visited dealership to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle. They asked for a copy of my driver's license. Then asked for my credit card, which I did not give them. Wrote up paperwork and asked me to sign. I refused. We left dealership. I was concerned about my paperwork, since they asked for my credit card. Went back to ask that they destroy paperwork, and they told us they needed it in writing. My attorney sent them letter requesting confirmation of destroyed paperwork within 10 days. They have not responded to letter nor numerous phone calls from my attorney. I am also concerned that they ran an unauthorized credit check on me.Desired Settlement: Confirmation that they destroyed all my paperwork. I would like to know what information they researched about me. Concerned about my privacy.

Review: In May of 2014 I bought a car from Premium Nissan (PN) dealer in [redacted]. As an incentive to buy a new car, PN opted to end the current lease of the Nissan Altima I got in 2011 from the same dealer. PN agreed to take the car "as is" and pay the remainder of the lease contract. The 2011 Altima was over on miles and I clearly reported that to the sales person and the fact was verified during their inspection. During the negotiation process for the new vehicle, PN never mentioned verbally or in writing that I would be responsible for the overage in miles once they agreed to pay for the current lease. My impression was that PN was now responsible for the payment of the lease and any other extra charges. About a month later, I received a bill in the amount of $491.37 from Corporate Nissan for the 2011 Altima overage of miles. I tried several times to resolve the issue with PN's [redacted] without success. Neither the salesperson nor the dealership ever brought this up during the buying process.

Premium Nissan was wrong in not being forthcoming about the mileage issue. The fact that they did not inform me in any manner that I would be responsible for the 2011 Altima overage of miles even after they opted to take the vehicle was deceitful and mal-intended. I respectfully request that this dealer be investigated for their deceitful sales practices and their violation of consumer rights. I also seek to be compensated for the $491.37 that I ultimately paid to Corporate Nissan.Desired Settlement: I respectfully request that this dealer be investigated for their deceitful sales practices and their violation of consumer rights. I also seek to be compensated for the $491.37 that I ultimately paid to Corporate Nissan.

Review: In March of 2015 I turned in my leased vehicle a 2013 Lexus IS 250 to Nissan of New Rochelle, NY. At the time I still owed seven months of payments. Nissan of New Rochelle leased us a Nissan Rogue 2015. The sales representative that helped us at the time was Harvey Williams. Nissan of New Rochelle agreed to pay off our lease with Lexus / Ray Catena located in Larchmont, NY. All was agreed and we left our Lexus vehicle at Nissan and drove off with the Nissan Rogue. Almost two months later we are contacted by Lexus regarding payment, late penalty fees and possible damage to my credit! We immediately contacted Nissan of New Rochelle and left messages for Harvey W[redacted], the business managers, and/or any one who would listen! We were contacted a week later stating that the car was paid off and we would be emailed a copy of the check. A couple of weeks go by and it turned out they never sent in the check as they stated. We had to go into Nissan of New Rochelle in person and again on a Thursday and were told the car would be paid off that following Monday and that they would email us a copy of the check once again. We were well into April at this time! Monday came and went and we never received any email again. Once again trying to remain as calm as possible we physically went into Nissan of New Rochelle. They later sent us a copy of the check for $2,274. We are now being contacted by Lexus stating that there is still one payment missing for $379.95 along with a disposition fee for $350.00. Again, we are contacting Nissan regarding these fees as they agreed to pay off our lease entirely not partially! We would never have purchased the vehicle if we knew we would still be responsible for payments with Lexus! We have emailed two times and left four messages with the receptionists at Nissan of New Rochelle and have not been contacted at all! At this time we feel that they have no interest in resolving this issue with us! This has been the worst car buying experience in our lives! I also fear that this may affect my credit if this matter is not resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your anticipated consideration.Desired Settlement: Complete payment agreement of our Lexus Vehicle in the amount of $379.95 and any late penalty fees applied.

Review: I had a contract with this dealer on October [redacted] and paid 500 dollar deposit. I wanted a 2015 Rogue in pearl white color. They said they do not have this color in store but they can transfer from other dealer. And they called me on Oct [redacted] said they got the car and sent me the VIN number. And I made an appointment with them to pick up the car on Oct [redacted]. I bought the car insurance in advance. HOWEVER, on Oct [redacted] morning, they called me again and told me another manager sold the car on Oct [redacted]!!!! How could it happened!!! I stopped by and argued with my salesman. Finally, he promised me that he would get another car for me and also give me 500 dollar as refund at the same time. HOWEVER, one month passed, they told me they cannot get the car I want. OK. I will find another dealer. HOWEVER, when I tried to get my money back from this dealer they just give back my deposit and said they cannot give another 500 as they promised before. I never met a dealer like this before. Their promise is nothing and they can sell the car that has already sold to one customer to anther one at will.Desired Settlement: Get my refund they promised before.

Review: On 02/**/2014 I buy at car from this dealer 2014 Nissan rogue sv all wheall drive for $24078 thousand dollars ,my wife and me ask several times the salesman [redacted] if the car is all wheall drive because the car no have any sticker describing the options or the price ,he said yes the car is all wheall drive but On this car you save couple thousand dollar because is at preown ,we believe and buy this car whit total confidence, that particular day the dealer is allmost to close so he sped the transaction and we take the car home that night .last week I have to stop on the dealer for at oil change and I request the car fax for this car and !Oh Big Sorprise! The car is only front wheall drive and the same salesman [redacted] apologies to me and said because this mystyque the value of the car is much much less ,and when I asking to buy back the car and change for one all wheall drive I said is impossible because this car only cost $15000 thousand dollars. I tried several times after that and also I talk to the [redacted] and he said they can't due nothing because I get what I paid for,I want to resolve this matter because I fill robed for this thieves and talk whit several people and they said that they to have problems on the past whit this particular dealer. People be aware of this Caine of bussines .on the bank contract they don't put any option that the car have ,they think that they are very smart they only put at Nissan rogue sv because they now what they sell at 2 wheall drive suv for the snow .that Caine the bussines is terribleDesired Settlement: I want my money back or at new vehicle similar at the one I buy but whit the all wheall drive because that's the main razon I paid $24078 thousand dollar, please help me to resolve this matter at soon is possible, this people think they are so smart that on the bank contract they only put that the car is at Nissan rogue sv,they no put any detail of the car because they now what they doing.I want my money back or they exchange the car for at Nissan Rogue sv all wheall drive.

Review: On July **, 2014 I purchased a 2012 so-called "certified" pre-owned Nissan Maxima from Premium Nissan in [redacted]. Prior to purchasing the vehicle I noticed that the square cover for the tow hitch on the front bumper was missing. I advised the salesman, [redacted], that I was not interested in purchasing the vehicle without the square cover for the tow hitch. [redacted] assured me that there would not be a problem with getting the tow hitch cover and made a note on the contract, "blue square don't forget". The next day I received a phone call from [redacted] advising me that the car was ready to be purchased. When I arrived at the dealership later that evening, [redacted] was gone for the evening and I dealt with the finance person. I again advised that I was not interested in purchasing the vehicle without the cover for the tow hitch. He advised me that the cover for the tow hitch had been ordered because it had to be painted to match the color of the vehicle. He told me they would contact me in the couple of days once the part came in. About a week later, I sent an e-mail to [redacted] inquiring about the cover for the tow hitch. He seemed surprised that I had still not yet received it and stated that he would check with the service department. I had not heard back from him. A few days later, I e-mailed [redacted] to inquire yet again of the status of the tow hitch cover. He then told me that he would check the lot to see if there was a blue car he could take the tow hitch cover off of and have it installed on my car. I never heard back from either [redacted] or any other representative of Nissan again. Then, at the beginning of October, the indicator light for the tire pressure came on. I stopped at my gas station to have air put in my tires and was informed by the gas station attendant that three of my tires were damaged and that it would be dangerous to drive the vehicle considering the condition of the tires. On October **, 2014, I called Nissan to advise them of the situation with the tires. I was told that [redacted] was no longer employed there and was transferred to the service department. I left a detailed message as no one in the service department answered the phone when I called. I never received a call back from them. I then brought my car to [redacted] to have my tires replaced as I was leaving for a road trip on the [redacted] and would be travelling a long distance on the highway and did not want to have a blow out. I was also informed by the gentleman at [redacted] that my tires were "in bad shape". Three of the tires had chunks of rubber missing and there was dry rot. He also advised me that all four tires were different name brands and he had never heard of the name brand of one of the tires. The total cost for the replacement of all four tires and alignment totaled $864.57, which I had to pay for with my credit card and am incurring interest charges. The finance person I dealt with when I purchased this "certified" pre-owned vehicle advised me about some type of warranty for the tires and a 7 year/100,000 mile warranty for the vehicle. I never received any documentation detailing the warranties/coverage. I have recently sent two letters to Premium Nissan and, to date, have not received a response, which is not surprising. How does the tire warranty work when you can't get in touch with the dealership when you have an issue with the tires? I am outraged over the unprofessional and deceitful actions of this dealership. I had been travelling with my elderly mother in the car on highways with tires that could have caused injury to myself and others. I don't know how this dealership is still in business.Desired Settlement: I would like the cover for the tow hitch which is clearly noted on the contract or a check for the amount that it will cost me to purchase the cover from another Nissan dealership and a check for the $864.57 I was charged for the replacement of ALL 4 tires, plus accrued interest. I would also like all documentation outlining the warranty and coverage for this vehicle.

Review: Went to purchase a used 2005 Nissan Altima that I saw online on cars.com which the dealer had advertised the price as $5,976. Few days later I go in to the dealer for purchase of the vehichle. We are negotiating on prices and as the usual taxes and registration fees are applied, but also they were charging me $1,000 "Service Charge". Which brought the total to $8,200. As initial I thought service is free of charge during a vehicle purchase but I was fine since they said that charge "goes to check that everything in the car is fine and nothing is wrong in the car so it's handed to you in great condition." I was fine with the charge expecting them to be honest. Also due to the fact they said that the car was "certified pre-owned". As I drive with a passenger sitting on the front passenger seat and were driving on the highway over 50 mph that passenger starts to feel a rare scary shake feels like the wheel is going to fall off. As a reaction knowing something serious is probably wrong with the car and it isn't safe at this point. So days later, slighhtly over 2 weeks of purchase I took the vehicle to my brother's longtime mechanic for a full diagnostic on the vehicle due to the unsafe shake on the front right side. As a result the car comes out with few problems. Both front struts needs to be replaced as the oil is already leaking on the strut and also rear spindle bushing is cracked which needs replacement as well as the rear shocks. The mechanic in writing wrote all the problems so I could take it to the dealer for fix. The next morning I took it back to the dealer with the written paper from the mechanic. I was initially covered by the limited 60 day warranty for "covered parts" which the problems of my vehicle weren't covered. I went to argue on the $1,000 "Service Charge" that I paid for supposing the vehicle was perfectly fine which was not. As a result I was given no explanations and asked for a resolvement and nothing was done after constant denying. Also I was told by the salesperson that I would have to put a downpayment of $3,000 and not $5,000 as I wanted to, his explanation was "because the bank doesn't finance less than $5,000. When I sit with finance I'm suddenly asked to put a downpayment of $5,000 and I will be financed $9,876. So as I sit down with finance to finalize the deal the total kept going up to a grand total of $9,665 due to “bank fees”, an extra $1,465 on bank fees. I told finance guy that the salesperson settled on $8,200 how does it become $9,665 now, he says “it doesn’t matter what the salesperson say anymore”. Found that weird but after a while I ended up blindly signing the contract. Days later I look into my contract and see no breakdown of how the price went up so high, which is illegal. All that was added was taxes, registration fees, government management fees, and documentation fees. No service charge and no bank fees. At this point I felt like I was badly ripped off as these things weren’t part of the breakdown. How does a car worth on Kelly blue book $5,876 end up $9,665. With a $5,000 down payment and $4,876 it adds up to $9,876 and not $9,665 which is the “purchase price” it’s not adding up. The dealer had it advertised at $5,976 online and ends up to $9,876. In the condition it was given to me the car on Kelly blue book is worth $5,076, how was it sold to me at $9,876.Desired Settlement: As a desired outcome I would like for either refund, repair, or exchange. A refund since the amount paid for the vehicle was not delivered or were unsatisfactory. A repair since the vehicle was unsatisfactory or damaged. Or an exchange since the vehicle was not as promised or was unsatisfactory in some other way.

Review: Bought a used vehicle 5/*/15 ( $6300 down payment )

Total loss fee added to my bill $1800 (when signing paper I was told it was included)

itemized invoice(Bill) was not given at time of sale???only credit loan invoice .. ( on propose)

I called the next day & had it faxed to me. When I said I did not want the loss protection, I was informed that because he (Toni)was able to get me a loan for the car that it was part of the deal? This led me to believe the "iTotal loss " was a mandatory deal due to the creditor([redacted]) but after I made my 1st car payment I found out that it was a added $$ through the dealership. I want a refund,I was misguided & misled. Not only did they add this expense they made me purchase new car insurance when I had existing (office closed on weekend) & made me get new license plates when I wanted to keep my original.

I call for the 8th time yesterday & finally got a return call & asked again for a refund grime my $6300 deposit but was yelled at & hung up on.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded the total loss protection

$1800 of of my down payment of $6300.

Unfortunately I'm locked into my monthly $662 car payment as all the 11.4 apr & fees were rolled into that:( I should not have to keep this loss protection because somebody did their job & managed to sell me a car.

I'm a single mother of 2, hurricane sandy victim & recently scammed out of all flood money by my daughters best friends mother! I'm struggling & $1800 is a lot of money to loose on top of everything else. Please help.
