My name is [redacted] I went in to the Nissan last year and lease me a car, 2 amonths later I went back to co-sign with my granddaugther to get her a car. At the time I did not hear them say they were putting the car in my name, whats is up setting me is they put the car in my name and my granddaugthers pay. Thats not right I tryed to talk to one of the managers about this but he act like he could care less, you don't use my name and her pay . I told him this would mess up my ss. If they take away any of my help, I will not be able to live. I have no idea what to do. I know this has mess up my credit ,theres nothing I can do about that but they can change thepay amount. I don't make the kind of money she makes when she works Right now she is not working ,she has 3 chrildren,one on the way and her daddy is disable, I cand not pay for that car, I am having a hard enouth time paying for mine. All the paperwork in her name title and regristraion is in her name only, insurance and property tax is in her name only, and been that way for the last two years. Mrs [redacted] states 2 weeks ago she bought the car for her grand daughter to drive. Not until her grand daughter got behind on the payments did Ms. [redacted] become upset. We told her there is nothing we can do on her purchase.[redacted]

On February 28, 2015, I purchased a 2015 Nissan [redacted] from Nissan of Roanoke Rapids NC 27870. Along with this purchase, there was a separate Customer Car Care Plan that covers oil changes, tire rotations , etc... for a separate price which was added to the vehicle purchase. As of May 11, 2015, I still have not received my coupon booklet in order to get my free oil changes. I have exhausted all methods of trying to reach out to Nissan of Roanoke Rapids. Here I have paid for my booklet and they want to give me the around and fail to communicate with me. I have contacted [redacted] and spoke with him regarding this issue, he stated "to be patient and wait" and that Customer Care said they sent me (junk mail) which was an option to buy an "extended warranty coverage". I've also contacted the General Manager, [redacted] and left him a message as well and he hasn't followed up either. Since I cant receive my booklet in which it was paid for ,I would like to return this car on the lot and void the contract . Furthermore it is denoted in our computer system of the products that she purchased, so when she comes to our service dept. all service employees are aware of the products she bought.[redacted]GM

Paid 521 for repair and car starting doing same thing 2hours later.Nissan stated car needed external transmission oil cooler. Pick car up Saturday 8/1. Drove 2 hrs and car started doing same thing. Pulled to gas station contacted [redacted] service advisor told him issue. Also advise no transmission fluid. He found nearest nissan which was lumberton. I asked should I put fluid in to drive 7 miles to nearest shop stated yes. I ask how much typically he said 3/4 quarts. Never said it took particular type we put 2 quarts. Before putting anything in car it was already failing key symbol came on speedometer went to 0 and car would barely go. Desired SettlementI am seeking my 521 dollars back. I gave been speaking with them since Monday 8/3. Had a concern with no power and speed decreased. She dropped off vehicle and tech,looked at vehicle to find the problem with her vehicle. Checked and test with Nissan diag machine and found no codes . Transmission fluild was dark and advised customer that trans fluid over heated causing concern on her vehicle.Checked and found external tramsmission oil cooler and changed trans fluid. To the correct trans fluid. Needs CVT transmission fluild only and red fluid was in customers vehicle when her car arrived at our dealership. Advisor called customer and she gave permission to fix repairs. Advise to only talk to her and no one else. Customer came picked up her vehicle. On Monday dealership in Fayeville NC called I spoke with advisor. Said red transmission fluild was put in vehicle. She did call and talk with [redacted] the advisor on saturday. He told her to call tow if she was having problems and looked up the neartest dealer for her to take the vehicle to. She drove the vehicle into the dealership per the advisor in Fayeville, NC. Customer called back and talked with GM and myself about her. Issue on her vehicle. We also found out customer had stop at [redacted] before bring vehicle into shop. In Fayeville NC the advisor at dealership in Fayeville NC. Said someone had put red transmission fluild in the vehicle. Advisor at Nissan didn't tell her to put in trans fluild he told her to get towed in and go 7 miles to dealership. Gm or myself feels we are not resonable for any damage the customer maybe having. She also had her tranmsission replaced she said 2yrs ago. Her ex husband also called in to talk with advisors we where told to talk to her only. The vehicle had to be over heating in order for transmission fluid to be dark. Consumer Response Nissan response is a lie. The car initially broke down in [redacted]. [redacted] in [redacted] did diagnostic and I have paper to prove they diagnose as needing external cooling which nissan [redacted] replaced. Got to Lumberton Nc not Fayetteville another lie and contacted the advisor when the trnasmission overheated contacted advisor he located nearest shop which was lumberton I asked him should I put transmission fluid in car to drive 7 miles to Lumberton shop he said yes I said how much he said 3 to 4 quarts. I put 2 he never said it took a specific kind. Nissan is telling a bunch of bold face lies but I have told media plus friends family coworkers to never purchase a nissan because they [redacted] at what they do and plus very dishonest and full of lies. They can take that 521.00 and shove up their you know what.Final Business Response As we stated on 8/20/2015 we did what the customer requested and also. Contacted the deaalership on Monday am. Advisor [redacted] did his job. By getting help for the customer to the closes dealership.

Dealership did not follow through with their promise on the advertisement that they mailed to me.I received a letter in the mail stating that they have been authorized to pay anything to get my car since my car was one that they have been looking for. I called the dealership to inquire and spoke with a lady by the name of [redacted] I advised her I didn't want my time wasted but the letter stated that they have been authorized to pay what ever it took to get my car which is a 2009 Mazdaspeed3. She advised that we would need to do a credit check and I told her that my credit is not the best in the world and my vehicle had 110 thousand miles on it. She took my information and stated that her manager said they can work something out. I told her that I did not want to drive all the way their and it not happen. When I got their I waited 4 hours and still no results. They said that I would have to come up with more money down when I was very specific and said I have no co-signer, no money down and a vehicle to trade with high miles. The letter was very specific and detailed. I have been waiting on a response now for 3 weeks and still no answer. they only offered my 6 thousand for my vehicle and the pay off is considerably more than that. I feel that the dealership misrepresented the letter that was send and themselves when I arrived. I told them that I wanted a manual and it didn't happen. I hope in the future others that receive these letters will not be tricked into thinking that they can work a deal and can pay more for their cars when they actually DO NOT. Spoke with the sales manager [redacted] and he said to go home and he will call me back later on. I called the dealership several times and my call was avoided and my questions not answered. I should take them to court about misrepresentation but I will wait to see what that outcome will be from this letter.Desired SettlementA permanent scar on their record for a trustworthy dealership and them not to be able to send those letters out if they are not willing to uphold what they state in the letter.Explaination
