We are very sorry to hear about the client's dissatisfaction with the purchase he made last MarchTaking each issue one at a
time, the Gap Insurance was $and that is what we refunded himI have no idea where he is getting the figure of $1,
As for the extended service contract, he paid $2,for a plan that was clearly itemized on all of the paperworkThe car he purchased was out of factory warranty and the service contract gave him an additional months or 48,miles, whichever comes first, from the original month/36,mile warrantyThe plan is from Nissan and has no deductibleThat does take him to just under 88,miles which is also clearly explained on the document he signed
As for the additional items that led the "total" get to $25,that included Kentucky sales tax, registration fees, and the aforementioned service plans
Our records don't have any information about a missing key or a missing detailIf that was the case, we absolutely apologize for that

The complaint is what I was toldThe response is exactly the type I would expect from a business exploiting someone new to the area, and buying cars from such large dealershipsGive them a raw deal right from the beginning instead of giving a worthwhile experience and gaining a life long customer? Also, of course there is no documentation of not even offering a key when I asked, it is the only thing none contractual covering the dealerships rearI know I signed what I did not know we're contractsI was told that after I signed, I was fooled and I am ashamedI would just like a humane response instead of being spoken down to againIt's a shame that we as people (or this dealership rather) feel the need to be sneaky and bleed every penny out of a customer, instead of offer an honorable product and treat them respectfullyI was lied to, and I was treated poorlyI tell people I work with about this when they ask if I like my car
