Tell us why here... Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we are always ready to explain to our customers anything that needs explaining. we discount the price of the new vehicle by $1000. The customer agree to pay $25000 for the new car. But we only charge the customer $24000, this way we could give  her a 3 year maintenance value at $1000. this means that the customer did not pay any extra for her 3 year maintenance plan. paying for it would have meant a sell price of $25000 for the new vehicle PLUS another $1000 for the 3 year maintenance.

On January [redacted]  [redacted] agreed to pay $25000.00 for a 2015 Nissan Rogue Vin# [redacted]. While negotiating we agreed to give her a three maintenance plan to cover her normal maintenance for her vehicle. The way we were able to do this is by discounting her already agreed on price of $25000.00 down to $24000.00 and allowed $1000.00 to be shown on a maintenance contract.  By doing it this way she could have her maintenance done at a dealer of her preference. Again to clarify this means that a $1000.00 was taken from her original agreed price so she could have the maintenance plan at no additional cost to her.                                                           ...         See attached as backup information.   [redacted]

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a used car from this dealership. I was lied to about the history of the car. The sales rep told me that the car had a clean history and with no accidents. After purchasing, the car based off of his words, I found out that the car has been in an accident, and that the price I paid was above what I should have paid. I contacted them numerous times to try to get things resolved and they never gave me a fair solution. I called corporate and they told me to call the dealership because they couldn't give me any help.Desired Settlement: I just want everything refunded because I don't trust them and don't feel comfortable doing future business with them.I would even take a replacement car.

Sincerely,

Review: I scheduled an appointment at 8:00 am for an oil change only and asked when I could come in and wait for a brief amount of time to have my oil and filter changed only. It was noted on the service contract for me to sign.

I noticed 2 days after that my tier treads were significantly worn from the new tires on my vehicle with only 4,200 miles on them. The car was in the shop for 1.5 hours AND there was 2 miles on the odometer that is listed on the final service report that I received. I called on Monday 11/** and spoke to Justin M[redacted] the shop foreman who said there was no service manager in the dealership. This is the reason that my tires were switched somehow during the long wait and 2 miles on the odometer. He said her would look into it and get back to me by noon. He never called back. I called again on Tuesday 11/** and was told that Justin was out for the day. Tina the service advisor knew about my complaint and I expressed an interest in solving this problem. She took my number and again, no call back after 2 attempts to speak to the general manager or owner.Desired Settlement: The dealer can provide 4 new replacement tires to me. I will take care of having them mounted and balanced, this way there is a shared cost . They will also not have to deal with the expense of the mounting and balancing the replacement tires and frankly I don't trust them to do any more work on my car.

I want to verify that the replacement tires are brand new with proper documentation when and where they were purchase the tires.

Business

Response:

Tell us why here...Customer claims Nissan of Yorktown Heights changed his tires. Nothing of the sort was performed on customers vehicle. Vehicle came in for a 5K service. Vehicles tires were not removed at any time. Vehicle left dealership with factory tires.

Review: On Jan **, I traded in my 2012 Nissan Rogue and purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue at an agreed amount. [redacted], and I worked out an agreement that I would receive free oil changes and tire rotations for 3 yrs. After looking at my Sales Contract I see a Service/Maintenance Contract charge of $1,000.00 which was not mentioned to me. I called the dealership on Feb * and was told no [redacted] was in on Sundays, but spoke to [redacted] who advised a Service Contract must have a price but the price of the car was discounted $1000.00. I was not informed of this at all. On Feb *, I called [redacted] prior to 12 Noon and was told he was in a meeting and left a voice mail. At 5:22 PM the same day, Feb *, I was told he was busy and left another voice mail. Today, Feb ** I called this morning and left another voice mail. Three message and have not heard back from him or any other [redacted]. At no time was I informed of the charge nor do I know if the car was discounted $1,000.00. I told [redacted] that I could bring the contract to him and have him show me where the original price of the car was and what the discounted price is and he told me "you are better off talking to [redacted]" discouraging me to see him. He assured me that if there was a discrepancy on the contract, I would ABSOLUTELY receive a refund of $1000.00. As of this Complaint, I have not received a return call from [redacted] leaving me to think he is avoiding me and the entire situation.19Desired Settlement: Refund of the $1,000.00 Service Contract charged on my contract as it was totally misrepresented at time of purchase and not make clear. The cost of the car was not transparent as well.
