Nissan World of Denville

Review: On May 21, 2014, I bought a Nissan Quest 2013 with 247 miles, negotiated price of $27300. The contract has $30300. I complained and I was told that they have to add $3000 because of the rebate they are giving me which they subtract at the end. Rebates are provided by manufacturer and should be subtracted not added to the negotiated price. Then they added service contract $2785, a maintenance contract $864, a GAP contract $895. I complained to remove all these contracts. They removed the GAP contract only to replace it with Road Hazard Tire and with Recover Key. When they finally removed it after several trips to the dealership, they then added the Anti-Theft Window Etching optional, which was not in the original contract and now it is included so I could be charge for it. I do not need this optional anti-theft 3 yr. contract costing me $349+tax. What is the likelihood that the car will be stolen in 3 years? I tried to finance it but the dealer gave me 4.69% which is too high. I asked to cancel this financing and I will just pay it in cash. But they refused. I asked for the lienholder and I was given a phone # to call. When I called it was a non-working phone # of PNC Bank. I went to the bank and inquired about rates for car loans bought at the dealer. It was 2.24%. Dealer charged me more than twice the rate. So as not to incur too much interest, I paid the full amount of the loan that includes the cost+ taxes of all the contracts that had been cancelled. I submitted to Nissan the receipt and ask for the reimbursement of the contracts that was included in the loan. In summary, to this day, June 25, I do not have yet the car in my possession. They are still putting in the runner board & the handle which they claim is a big job. They have to give me also a remote start. I also have not yet received the reimbursement check. The car was sold to me as a new car even though it has been used for test drives and has 247 miles on it. I bought this car at Nissan World Denville in Route 10, Denville NJDesired Settlement: Anti-Theft Window Etching +Tax be cancelled and refunded. That the reimbursement check be sent and that they deliver the car to me as soon as possible, with the runner board, handle on the driver side and remote start. The total cost I paid the bank is $32,709.94. The new contract with the Anti-theft is 28120.63. 32,709.94 - 28,120.63 = 4589.31 + 349 (anti-theft) + 24.43 tax = 4962.74 + 3000 rebate = 7962.74 reimbursement check or just cancel the whole thing and refund me back the 32,709.94.
