Review: I brought my car into the Nissan Service Department on 7/20/15 for a routine oil change at $24.22. At this point they told me that I had a cracked exhaust pipe that needed repair. I agreed to that repair and I also agreed to have the tire sensor replaced for a total $326.89. I dropped of the car on 7/29/15 at 2pm and was told it would be ready at 3:30. I let them know I would pick up the car between 5pm and 5:30. I arrived at the dealership at 5:30 and the car was not yet ready. They brought the car out at 5:45 at which point I noticed a very loud roaring noise. I let the service representative know this and he asked the mechanic to come check it. The mechanic said they "had to tighten it" so he put it back on the lift. At 6:01 the car was returned to me. Although the car was still making noise, I had left to meet a 6:30 appointment. The next day,7/30/15, I returned to the dealership with the car and explained the noise persisted. The service representative said "your car is not safe to drive" and insisted that I take a rental. On 7/31/15 they called to say that the front strut was leaking and that was causing the noise. He said it would be $500 to repair. I arrived to the the dealership on 7/31/15, paid over the quoted price, $639.42 only to drive away and realize that the car continued to make the same noise. I returned to the dealership where the sales representatives insisted that the answer to my problems was to simply purchase a new car. In one week I spent a total of $990.53 on a noise that never existed before I took it to Springfield Nissan on 7/20/15, and I have recieved little explanation other than "it happens." Of this money, at least half has gone into labor-poor quality labor that has only worsened the condition of my four year old car. I am afraid I am driving an unsafe vehilce and putting my life and the life of others in danger.Desired Settlement: I no longer trust that Nissan World of Springfield can effectively repair my vehicle. I want a full refund for all payment made towards labor since the labor was inferior and only worsened the condition of my car.

Review: I purchased a preowned certified 2014 SV Nissan Rouge from this dealer on 10/30/15 . It's only 2 weeks later and I"m having transmission, brake, and engine problems. I had the car serviced on 10/16/15 whereas the tranmission and brakes was repaired. These issues are still present. I've reached out to two managers and no response. This vehicle was sold to me with the belief that it was inspectedand in good condition.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the same vehicle replaced or a refund of my money. I refuse to keep a vehicle that has transmission issue.

Review: Traded in a financed car for a leased one. Dealership has not paid the finance amount due in over 30 days. Now both lease company and original finance company are seeking payment for each car. My lively hood and good standing with the credit bureau are in danger.Desired Settlement: Just pay the trade in value of the car I traded in before my credit is affected and the first payment pf the new car to compensate for lost wages

Review: purchased a truck used in 8/22/2013 problems where the next day and they have not sent nothing,had a few problems that they tried takeing car of which they did not a exhaust system not put back in the right way a noise in the front end which I paid for which all was a problem in the 1st 24 hrs.the manager is [redacted],spoke to many times and left atleast 25 messages,plus have sopke face to face with [redacted] about 2 months ago ,where I have been driving this truck back and fourth to see someone 38 plus miles one wayalso have left messages withe owner voicemail,plus have sent faxes of what I paid for atten to the gm and also the manger,the # there is[redacted]Desired Settlement: the exhaust had a car muffler put on a truck where ever they got it done was not right,it cost me $838.86 that was done by me on 8/31,then a noise that was on the front end they started working on it there a week after purchased which was never fixed which was 3 times worked on there within a 30 day period,then I took it to a place the noise was a upper and lower ball joint which cost me$943.52 where a month ago they said they would give me $450.00 and not have heard nothing

Review: and my husband purchase a Nissan Frontier back in March of 2014 from Nissan in Springfield and he had a Volkswagen Jetta that Nissan agree to make the last three lease payments and return the vehicle back to [redacted] dealership. The beginning of July we receive a letter from Volkswagen stating that the vehicle was not returned, that same day my husband went to the Nissan and spoke to [redacted] and he claims that the vehicle was returned to Volkswagen, that same day he called Volkswagen headquarters to advise them that the Vehicle was returned as per [redacted] and Volkswagen told him that they were going to investigate as to where the vehicle was.

On July 18th we receive another letter from Volkswagen stating the vehicle is no were to be found and if the vehicle is not returned or paid in full by the end of July they would refer this to their legal counsel and we would be responsible for all the legal fees, that same say I called [redacted] Sales Manager and after calling three times and leaving two messages finally was able to speak to him and his response was the vehicle was parked in one of their lots since March and they forgot to return the Jetta back to the dealership and they tried returning it three times the week of July 14th but the dealership did not except it back because my husband was not present, I asked [redacted] who at Volkswagen did not want to accept the vehicle and he was going to contact me that same Friday to give me the person’s name at Volkswagen as of today have not receive any calls from [redacted] On July 21st called [redacted] spoke to [redacted] to make an appointment to return this vehicle and she advise me no appointments necessary and anyone can return a vehicle as long as they have the proper paperwork, that same day left two messages for [redacted]-Sales Manager to call me back and as of today have not received any response from [redacted] or anyone at Nissan of Springfield.Desired Settlement: Due to the car being returned late there are penalties, late fees and credit reportings

Review: I purchased my car from Nissan world of Springfield with the thought that I had a lease for a 45000 miles, come to find out by my statement I was lied to by the salesman and the 45000 was only for maintenance and not my initial mileage. They took advantage of the fact that I was a woman in need of a car with not the best of credit . Not only that I have left numerous messages for a 2nd key that I never received and was told too bad I will have to pay for it. I never received a second key. I have left messages for the manager and no call back. I was duped into something that I thought was a contract for 45000 miles for 3yrs and was told that now it's 39000 miles which I will most likely go over.Desired Settlement: I would like my contract at 45000 and my 2nd set of keys.

Review: During negotiations for the lease turn in and subsequent purchase of the certified pre-owned 2011 Nissan Pathfinder VIN [redacted] my salesperson, Wael G[redacted], agreed to waive any fees associated with early termination of our lease on the Nissan Maxima. Despite this agreement, I received notification from [redacted] of a remaining balance of $523.23 due to a scratched front bumper cover and outstanding disposition fee. I have received subsequent notification from [redacted]. a collection agency which has now negatively impacted my credit rating and is jeapordizing my ability to refinance my home.

I have attempted to contacted the sales staff at Nissan World of Springfield, leaving messages for the salesperson and Financial Manager on numerous occasions without the courtesy of a returned phone call. In addition, the Nissan Maxima was turned in 4,140 miles under the allowed mileage which is beneficial to resale and should more than offset any costs associated with the “Excessive Wear and Tear” in dispute.Desired Settlement: I respectfully ask that the $523.23 charge be removed and this dispute resolved with all negative codes and comments removed from [redacted] credit reports.

Review: I purchased a vehicle that was like around 18000 at the dealer at the time my financial situation was better and I was able to afford the car payments. The vehicle had a defect upon purchase and I had to take it to the dealer to fix. When I went to refinance the car under my credit union I was told I was over charged and I called the dealership to return the car the second day I had it I was told I couldnt. Now I have contacted the dealership because on my credit report I just discovered it's totallu nf at 23,000 and [redacted] will not refinance the car because I was charged over the market price.Desired Settlement: I think the value should be readjusted to the proper price so that I can refinance it properly.
