We received a service call request from [redacted] Never from [redacted] This request was for a service call and that we charge $flat rate per applianceSecond appliance $Grand total $We are in the business of appliance repairWe gladly offer affordable appliance repair when the units are worth fixingUnits that have been used and abused for over years are hard to fix at an affordable pricesThis repair was considered by our Owner and licensed technician deemed non repairableWhat does this exactly mean? This means it would cost double or triple the price in value to repair than to be replaced with new unitsTechnician did tell Mrs***,replace them not worth your money to fix themThe units are worth about $dollars in the owner to owner used market in value the repair would of cost around $700-$dollarsHowever later on that afternoon I received a very rude call from [redacted] Saying I want my $dollars backHe said your workers are lazyI thought to my self? LazyHow can someone say your workers are lazy because we did not repair his washer and dryerThis man came home and was very mad because he had a non working washer and dryerIf the repair was to take place we do an entire report with all the parts that need to factory ordered then we wait to business daysThen we call and schedule the appointment after we have sat down and explained the process to our customer in this case [redacted] Never did this angry husband should of called us to demand a refundInstead ask what happened? whats wrong with my washer and dryer like most husbands callThen they think about it and sit down and talk to their spouses if it's worth to repair or not or if they should just replace them with new onesNever did I receive another call from [redacted] I told him I can write a full estimate report with parts needed and plus labor to fix his machines he said he did not want that that he wanted his money back and he was going to call the Revdex.com on meI then thought this consumer does not know that we are accredited business so I told him Yeah at this point please contact themThen He Shouted ***!!! I hung up the phoneAt this point we reserve the right to refuse serviceWe do not appreciate anyone being disrespectful using profound language it is not necessary This is not the kind of consumers we wish to serveYou cant go around calling people the B word

I am rejecting this response because:the respondent is telling tall talesThe tech stated that the unit needed a new computer when the unit self diagnose and stated door lock I purchased the door lock for under $installed it and the unit works just fine I feel that the tech was trying to just not want to do the work that took me less than an hour to doAs far as foul language? My young children were home and we dont talk like that around hereWe paid cash and not even a receipt was offered or given neither was an invoice provided to my wife detailing what was found to be the problem along with an estimate for repair I don’t know a reputable company that doesn’t provide something to the customer

We are a serious companyFirst of all our Technician has a cleared background checkNever Ever in all of his years of service someone has accused him of foul language and tall talesThis is a straight up made lieIf this was true I would of gotten a call with that complain that very same day. Why is this person mentioning a do it yourself an part price $What does this have to do with even usThis was not all the problems found in this unitDo it yourselves type of people should never contact a licensed and reputable company because the price will always be too high for you to afford and you will complainComputer boards are not $30.00,I am very sorry to mention and that was just one unitNot to mention all the problems in the dryerEvery problem is different and not always the same as your past problemsThats why you called usYour mad because they are too expensive to repair and you had to call us because it was harder that a simple fix. We always send out invoices through email or mail or text messageThis was not the case because we got an angry call and thought this customer does not want to hear from usInstead of calling for the invoice we got an angry customer that yelled out *** to co ownerNever did we get a call from *** to ask for a written report and paid invoice copy for the $Never in years of business have I dealt with anybody so rude like this person and lieing about our ownerHe has worked in so many homes with single moms and children in the household and never had any complains

This customer came into our shop and wanted same day delivery, We gladly offer same day delivery This customer signed documents where it clearly stated all sales are finalNo RefundsI got an urgent call from his assistant to cancel the order instead of doing a curb drop off like our
contract states clearlyI gladly canceled his order because I totally understand things happenedHe is a realtor he can use our services againThe refrigerator was on the truck on its way to be delivered to his new home buyer,when we received the call from his assistant to cancel the delivery that the new home owner had a refrigerator and no longer needed oursWouldn't you know as a realtor seller that your new owners already have a refrigerator?This is the reason we have a contract with all our salesWe can not be at fault when we are not at faultWe offer a service and customers come to usHe should of known what he was signingHe knew he is a realtor and he clearly read and signed We gladly gave him store credit and emailed him to let him knowHe is not happy with his store credit He has a copy where it clearly states all exclusionsHe just wants to harm usWe are abiding by our contractWe are going to send you all copies of the purchase contract and email where we clearly respond to himThank you
