No return visits to fix problems even after repeated calls.
7 lights out after 1 year. Can't get NiteLights out to fix. Finally made an appointment and they failed to call or come out. This seems to be their business model. Make promises when selling and no follow up on those promises. Not a good business model for any company. What happened to honesty in serving your customers?
