I am rejecting this response because the original invoice already covers a year labor warranty It's clearly stated on the invoice Also, I have yet to receive a manufacture's warranty from Carrier At this point, I'm not sure if Southern Comfort registered the HVAC unit with Carrier Further, I have not received a detail list [work order] of the repairs that were performed over the past months This was requested during their last visit to my house on 3/2/ Further, if Southern Comfort refuses to make a good faith gesture by reimbursing me for carpet repair, at least consider the days of work and nearly $in gross salary that was lost while I stayed at home during the repairs

[redacted],   We have resolved this problem.  We explained to the Customer that the cost of the unit reflected his $500.00 discount however as a sign of good faith we also gave them a $500.00 check.  The customer was completely satisfied and informed us that they would be retracting...

Mr [redacted] was sent an invoice on the 01/20/2016 with the details of his warranty on the invoice which was a 10 year manufacturer warranty and a 2 year parts and labor warranty offered by Southern Comfort HVAC ,  The normal labor warranty given is one year however to complications that arose during and after install we extended his labor warranty to 2 years.  His manufacturer warranty information would be coming from the manufacturer not Southern Comfort however we would be happy to provide Mr [redacted] with the information needed to obtain that information if he has not yet received that information from Carrier.  As far as the carpet is concerned we were more than willing to have the carpet cleaned however being as the carpet was in poor condition before the install we were not willing to replace it for him.  We will gladly reimburse him for the cost of carpet cleaning.
