This is a very unfortunate incident and it does not in any way reflect the high customer service standards that we set and strive to achieve daily at Suds Factory Car Wash. We greatly appreciate and value each and every customer that gives us the opportunity to service their car washing and...

detailing needs. This incident was not witnessed by any members of management so we can’t speak directly to the incident or to the Cashier’s poor and completely unacceptable attitude and treatment of this valued customer.  We would like to assure [redacted] that we do NOT tolerate this type of conduct / bad behavior from any of our employees at any time, and this Cashier is no longer employed at Suds Factory effective 08/18/2017. We would like the opportunity to extend our sincere apology to [redacted] in person or via phone, whichever would be more convenient for him.  We would also like to process the refund that [redacted]’s has requested – we do, however, need [redacted]’s credit card information as we only keep the last four digits for security purposes.   Once we receive that information from him we will process the refund immediately. Suds Factory Car Wash & Detail Center has an exemplary record with the Revdex.com which reflects our high standards of customer service for our valued customers.    Again, we regret this very unfortunate incident and would like the opportunity to sincerely apologize to [redacted] and to offer him a full refund.
