I have tried repeatedly to contact them but their phone number is no longer in service and they are not responding to my emails. They keep billing me and sending me the product but I am finding it impossible to cancel with them since they won't respond to my emails. *** the company sucks.

deceptive business practices. I ordered the free product and gave my credit card info. they added another product and charged my card. I called and the additional product removed from my card. I received the product with no paperwork enclosed.now, I have a charge of 97.99 and 99.95 on my card. I called 858-251-1352 and requested a refund. they said the 97.99 was shipping and handling. they said I had 18 days to cancel. but they would not accept open bottles. They other products but I refuse it and mail office send them back they refused to refund my money. I got a cancellation number XXXXX but I didn't get email confirmation as promised.
Refund, cancelation of account and erase any personnal information.
Free Risk trial. Placed on auto ship without notice and charge 2 full months when I realized I received another shipment immediately called the number listed to be told they're was nothing they could do except off me a discount on the next shipment

Refund Product has not been opened. I explained I would gladly returned all 4 unopened bottles to prove to them we do not want or intend to use this product. A full refund of the 2 months supply totaling $339.80 to my account ASAP.
Fiance got the trial bottle for $4.95. Over a months time, we were charged 3 times for $89.95. Called to try to get a refund, was told theyd only take one bottle and we wouldn't get our money back until they received the bottle and approved the refund!!!! My account is now in the negative because they took TWO payments this week. 11/29 and 12/1. I just want my $270 back. :(
I ordered a free trial of True Testo sometime in mid 2017. Not conspicuous was an automatic renewal. Was billed automatically.
I responded to an internet ad for true Testo of St. Petersburg sometime in Mid 2017. I paid for shipping and handling only not realizing that somewhere there was an inconspicuous agreement to to not only receive and pay for future orders but in addition to pay for a product they call Nitro Grit which I had never inquired about. I have requested a copy of this agreement from the company,
Apparently I have been charged $99 for each bottle of True Testo and this other product Nitro Grit which I had never inquired about. These charges are now on my credit card.Apparently there were two shipments of two bottles each.
Since I was not in Sarasota during a good part of the summer I was unaware about these automatic shipments until this last week when I called True Testo.I was told that in fact a third shipment would be on its way. I advised them that I tried their initial sample and it was not satisfactory and that I did not want them to send anything further and did not see the automatic renewal provision they were referring to. They advised that my account was canceled but refused to remove the charges for the previous shipments which I offered to return.
I cannot believe I failed to see the automatic charges provision they referred to and have concluded that the provision must have not been conspicuous enough to warn consumers about the consequences of their elected to get a free sample.
I will request a copy of their ad to verify this assumption.
In any event, this appears to be very deceptive practice and I would like to hear from you in this regard.
I see from items posted on your site that this is not the first complaint against this company in this regard and that they have not responded to your request to confirm compliance with Revdex.com advertising standards.
I am going to ask for a statement from the company
regarding my account information and will forward it to you upon receipt.

Unfortunately it sounds like you are not interested in this membership and our team has already gone forward with the cancellation of it. You already called in and were refunded for the subscription prices by our customer service team but if there is anything else we can do for you please let us know. Our previous Revdex.com complaints were not properly forwarded to us. It was not until we pursued the Revdex.com to gain access to our complaints that we were able to respond. I would like to see the extent of the charges and the extent of the refunds. AS I said earlier the company actually sent me an additional product called Nitro along with the True Testo and also charged this product to my card.
I would also like to see a copy of any authorization to charge my card.

I believed I was getting a trial sample and would be billed for shipping on True-Testo and Nitro Grit. My debit card was charged $97 and then $99.
I was mailed a trial sample of True Testo and Nitro Grit and was billed for shipping. On October 23rd I was charged $97 and also $99 without authorization. I called for a refund and was refused. I filed a fraudulant claim with my bank, ***.
A full refund.
