Review: The company refused to refund money they charged to my account. details about charge was not on site for me to visualize.

The company refused to refund money they charged to my account. The rep I talked to said I won't get a refund because of the agreement I signed for. There was no agreement that I signed and the ad stated that it's a free trial with no extra charge. The rep said it was a fourteen day trial and there will be additional charges to my account, I try to stop it and she told me it was too late. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she advised me that she will call me back. Two hours later the supervisor told me I had terms and agreement to sign and it wasn't on the page. I had to google the company looking for the address and phone number and the terms and agreement was on a different site. While visiting this page I noticed the reviews and post about this product from people they have done the same to me and were very angry with this company.Desired Settlement: Refund for the full amount!

Review: I was under the impression that all I was going to be billed was $4.95.

I ordered this trial on 08/03/2014 and was billed #4.95 and then I was billed 79.95 and was put on hold for 16:22 min as soon as my call was answered by Cust. Serv. Rep. The CSR was rude and sent me an email conforming my cancelation of product. The email even states that what I ordered was a Test Extreme Trail. I just want my 79.95 back for a product I did know I was going to be charged full price for after 14 daysDesired Settlement: I just want my 79.95 returned to my bank account. I will send them back the unused portion of the product.

However, the customer did contact us on 08/18/14 and spoke with a customer service representative to whom explained the terms and condition as well as the charge to the customer. Customer then requested to cancel the account and the account was then cancelled.

I feel as an unsatisfied customer the should have returned the $79+ dollars to my bank account upon receiving the unused portion of the products that did not even work as they claimed. So, the company got me twice. Not only did they keep my money they sold me a product that does not work. So, no I AM not satisfied with their response.

The customer ordered the trial for Nitro X on 08/03/14 in which he payed the agreed shipping charge in the amount of 4.95. The 14 day trial ended on 08/16/14 . The customer was then billed the following day for the product he received due to failing to contact us within the trial period to cancel the account. The customer has stated that we charged him twice which is incorrect.He was only billed for the product he received.

The Customer also stated that he shipped back the remainder of product in which was confirmed by our shipping department that we have not received ANY product back as of 09/19/14. The Customer also stated that the product was opened and used. As explained to customer we typically do not accept opend products. We have not received the product in our shipping department.

As explained in our terms and conditions we do not accept returns with out a Return Authorization Number or RMA.

Terms & Conditions state "If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that you received from us, then we can only give you an in store credit towards new items in most cases. We will not refund you for opened products, but we will gladly help you find a replacement."

I agree to their terms about giving me store credit and/or a replacement. What I did say about sending the remainder of the product back was if I could get my money back for a product that does not work. I never said that I have already sent it.

Review: Company advertised a trial for their products that would only cost shipping for the customer. Ultimately this is not the case.

I purchased two products from this company as a trial - NitroX and NitroEx as they were labeled. The trial was advertised as only costing shipping of $4.95 per bottle. I purchased these items via a mobile device and any additional terms were not very clear. I expected to get the specific terms when they sent me confirmation for my shipments. That information did not come with the shipping confirmation nor did any tracking information. I found out that the trial required me to cancel within 14 days (I have purchased trials before and this is the first time I have seen it be anything less than 30 days). Because I did not cancel within the first 14 days - I believe I called on day 16 they charged my credit card for $79.87 and $84.87. I called the company to cancel these charges since I was not satisfied with their products. I was told that it was beyond the 14 day window so the charges would not be canceled. They assured me that I would not be charged further and that a confirmation of my confirmation would be emailed. After two days I called back to inquire about the confirmation email since I did not receive one. They told me this was an automated job and that it should have been mailed out within 24 hours. I let them know this was not the case and that I had checked my junkmail folder to ensure it did not get marked as spam. I then asked if I could be given a confirmation number for my records and they said they did not do this so now I have no email to confirm my cancelation of any future charges nor do I have a confirmation number that I can refer to should I be charged again. Finally, I asked since I was charged after the 14 days when should I expect the next shipment. I was told that the charges were for the product that I already had. I explained to the customer service person that this did not make any sense to me since the advertisement said that for the trial I only had to pay shipping for the product. They did not have an answer for me only that the charges were for the product I already had and that I did not cancel within the 14 days and there was nothing they could do for me. Obviously as a consumer this type of business to be extremely shady. I'd like to have trust in doing online business; however it is experiences such as this that turn me off.Desired Settlement: Since I only received the product that was advertised as costing me only the shipping I would like to receive a refund for the additional charges ($79.87 + $84.87).

The customer did however, contact us on 08/20/14 and spoke with a customer service rep to whom cancelled the account per the customers request as well as explained the Terms & Conditions and also the charge.The rep also confirmed that the email address we had on file was correct. The Customer then contacted us again on 08/22/14 inquiring about his account and cancellation. The customer service rep explained the charge and Terms & Conditions again as well as that the account had been cancelled. Moreover, The rep ensured that the account was PERMANENTLY cancelled and confirmed that the email address was accurate. It was explained that the confirmation email is automated and once the account is closed we can not re-cancel the account to automatically generate another email.

Review: On 7/8 and 7/9 I ordered NitroX and TestX Advanced Body building agent from this company. I called them today 8/28 to cancel my order. They said that I agreed to them taking the money out of my account. I though this was a free test trial. I do not ever remember agreeing to paying a monthly payment if I did not cancel the prduct. I do not want them to take the money out of my account anymore. The first payment was for $79.87 for 30 pills the other was $84.87 for only 20 pills. I feel this is bait switch.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop taking money out my account and I want them to refund me the money for the pills. I will return them. I was under the impression this was a free trial.

The 14 day trial ended on 07/22/14.The customer was then billed the following day for the product received (which is a 30day supply) in the amount of 79.87 due to the customer failing to contact us within the trial period to cancel the account. To further confuse me, I received a notice that I was charged $4.95 near the date they charged the full amount. I had no idea this was going to happen, their methods are not clear, and the company works together with another company to fool the customer. I had no idea I would be charged. It would have been prudent to charge this with a $4.95 storebought credit card and then they could not have scammed me. It is not a fair practice to not have the information posted clearly.

I went back to the sight and saw a very small printed 3 lines which was not legible and blurry. I do not remember seeing these additional charges anywhere. There was no paperwork with information in with the product. When the charge was made, the website changed to a very explicit site, obviously now advertised for males. This product is for males and not stated as so, but the person answering the phone said it was for males and laughed at me. This is a double scam, nothing more, nothing less, and they are getting away with it. I want a full refund, only got $30 out of over $140.I saw this advertised on Amazon with a money back guarantee when rest of product sent back.

Review: My complaint against this company centers around what appears to be key but subtle false advertising tactics designed to hoodwink the consumer and rip them off after the fact. First, the advertising discrepancies. When I ordered the two products advertised by the Nitro X company - Nitro X & Test X - the website indicated that the two products were on sale for shipping & handling only at the price of $3.95 each. However, upon checking my bank account, I found that I was charged $4.95 for each product, a $1 difference in the website-advertised price.Secondly, I called to cancel both products after evidence of physical discomfort on 7/28/14, expecting that any charges to my account would be refunded. I was told that no refund could be offered because I was beyond the 14-day window. According to my records, the products were put into the company system on 7/14/14 and charged to my bank account on 7/15/14. Again, my call to cancel was 7/28/14, within the 14-day timeframe required. However, the CSR I spoke with claimed the order was placed on 7/13/14 & thus could not be refunded. I repeatedly requested documentation of this, but was repeatedly and insistently told no documentation would be sent, electronically or physically.Finally, the website clearly shows that the charge for the product is $75.97 if it isn't cancelled after 14 days. However, my bank records show that I was charged $79.87, $4.10 more than on the website! The above two examples are concrete evidence of false advertising and attempt to commit fraud upon the consumer after the fact. Whatever my *alleged* failure to cancel in the allotted time, the clear fact of my being overcharged (of which documentation is available) is a sign of bad faith practice and fraud after the fact upon my discovery of the same. The CSRs whom I spoke with attempted to give explanations of these discrepancies relating to Nitro X charging different fees at different times. But, again, when I requested verifiable proof, none was offered, and would not be.

The writing with the explanation was so small and lengthily that I believe most "average" people would not read it! There for they are taking advantage of today's average citizens.

The font that is located in the rial disclaimer which is located on the 2ond step of purchasing the trial is the only paragraph that is located on that page. The font size of the trial disclaimer is size 10 font which is legible and very noticeable due to being the only paragraph on that page. As well as the terms and conditions in which are located at the bottom of the website if you click SITE TERMS are in a size 12 font. Both font sizes are large enough to be legible for the customer.
