Can not get Nitrofill to honor warranty with kit they sold to us for our customers.
We purchased a Nitrofill machine and a box of the Nitrofill kits(warranty and caps). This box of kits cost about $1,100 so it was not a cheap addition to the machine. After selling this to our customers, we have found on two occasions that the warranty is not being honored when the *** has a problem. I called and talked with my original representative which went well the first time. Once they realized that we were not satisfied and wanted them to do something about honoring their product, they started to ignore our call/email. I was being pushed to the general representatives email, the one representative, whom we tried to talk to on the phone and were hung up on twice, did not want to answer any of our questions or help us. I finally got an answer with the person that is supposed to be our local rep, the person is not our local rep. This company has not been willing to do anything to make this right and they will not buy back the rest of our kits. That leaves us with about $500 of a useless product, because we will not sell our customers something that is useless to them.

Desired Outcome

We would like for them to purchase back the rest of the kits.

Our records indicate that this *** has filed 7 warranty claims (4 paid / 3 denied). Details of the denials are as follows:
Denial Details:

Claim XXXXX: Called in as a leaking valve stem. No tire damage. Denied due to it not being a road hazard. (listed as an exclusion in our benefit page)

Claim XXXXX: Called in as a leaking tire bead which needed to be resealed. No tire damage. Denied due to it not being a road hazard. (listed as an exclusion in our benefit page)

Claim XXXXX: Called in as *** hitting something and broke valve stem. No tire damage. Only need to replace valve stem. Denied due to it not being a road hazard. (listed as an exclusion in our benefit page)

We have reviewed the claims and our conclusion is that they were adjudicated properly.

Regarding the phone interactions, our claims department does not screen call nor does the ring tree identify the caller to the claims representative. Further, our team is monitored and do not hang up on customers. Perhaps it is a reference to communication with an independent local distributor. We will follow-up with them

Globally, we have over 800 commercial business customers that file claims in excess of 7000 claims each year, of which over 95% are approved and paid same day

We were told by our Nitrofill representative that our claim should not have been denied and he had no idea why it was. How can you assure that no person in your company would be so rude as to hang up on a ***??
Eileen Barreto is the representative that was rude, unhelpful and hung up on us twice.
Mike at (XXX) XXX-XXXX, with Nitrofill is the one that told us our claim should not have been denied and that our local rep was going to visit our shop. We have not had a visit from our rep and now we can not get a response from anyone at the company. We still feel that these kits should be purchased back from us, as the warranty is not what we have been, and continue to be verbally told they should be. We had a great experience with everyone with the company until we had an issue/complaint.

Furthering our earlier review, we have reviewed the claims calls/recordings and found no indication of claims associates hanging up during review. Nevertheless, we understand the confusion that was held over the benefits and coverage of the warranty. We discussed these issues with the *** and as such, we will be issuing a refund for the returned and unused cap kits.

An excerpt of the summary communication follows:

"Thank you for returning my phone call. I again would like to apologize for the miscommunication of the NitroFill benefit coverage from your local representative. As discussed, if you could please send the unused/unregistered cap kits (20 QTY) back with a copy of your sales invoice listing the price paid per cap kit, we would like the opportunity to make this issue right and refund your company."
