Review: On Sun. June 21, 2015 I saw a T.V. ad for " enduro " & " nitro " it stated 30 day trial for both items just pay S&H ($9.90) I called [redacted] spoke to a cust. svc agent gave them all my personal info including my debit card # with the 3 digit security code on the back of the debit card. I recv'd both items in one package on Sat. June, 27. As the rest of the week continued I was reading the literature, I needed to know how long I had before I called in to cancel the subscription before the automatic reorder kicked in ; ( as is the norm with these types of T.V. advertised products ). Well it turns out I had until July 12, 2015. I called on July 2 to cancel anyway. The first cust. svc. agent tells me that they are only " enduro " and that she will give me another 800 number for " nitro " and that if she cancelled the order now I would need to send back the remaining product at my expense or they will charge me the full price for a months supply of enduro. I asked to speak to a supv. A guy called [redacted] answers, I ask him for their zip code and he refuses. I ask what state their in he says [redacted] . I was angry. He tells me they are going to cancel my order immediately and charge me full price on enduro, he hangs up. I called again and spoke to [redacted]. who says they are both enduro & nitro and will cancel both orders, I just need to send back whatever's leftover at my expense. If in the beginning they would have mentioned this; I never would have ordered. I had to immediately call my bank and cancel my debit card to get a new one with a new number so that they wouldn't steal my money. Thieves and liars, based on the amount of time you have to try the product versus the amount of time to cancel; you will have not used the 30 day supply and they know this ; so you will still have to either send back the remaining product at your expense or they will charge you full price or don't cancel and they will automatically send the products and charge your card.Desired Settlement: They should be fined.

They are scam artists.

They first get your name, address, E-mail, phone number, and debit/credit card info.

They cause people to cancel and change their debit and/or credit card out of fear that they are going to charged a lot of money for something they're not even sure that they want because they weren't given a fair amount of time to try the product.

If you can't or won't change your debit/card number you have to send back 5 or 6 pills left in the bottle(s) at your expense which could be $5 to $10 and if you don't they have your debit/credit card info and they will charge you full price for each bottle.

Which brings to question the viability and integrity of the product itself; though they state (written) on the commercial that the claim has not been reviewed by the FDA the fact that it is a product that is consumed by the human body should be enough to encourage someone in our government to see if this is at least a " natural product " or powdered sugar.
