Was unhappy with downspout reducerAfter numerous emails (they would never call me) they did come out after weeks and replaced the downspout The new downspout they re attached to be the same size as the gutters is not the same color as the rest of the guttersThey are not responding to calls or emailsI had to pay a contractor to remove a step that the gutter goes through dollars and the downspout still sticks out like a sore thumb given the different colorsThey have taken my money and will not not make this right
