The customer accepted the 1500 and signed a paper accepting the problem is over. Big joes auto sales is done with the customer and will not give back no more money. The customer once again overheated the truck, be happy for what you received. Thank you
When the suv was sold they were offered a warranty and they denied it. So the salesman recommend a garage to bring there car to. Sorry for the problem
The customer had the vehicle for a week. They put on 481 miles on the truck and drove it while truck was overheating and blew the motor. That have a balance of 4000.00 dollars on truck. They never had a problem until Friday when he called at 530 and said truck was overheating. Told him to park it...
and get it towed to us Monday morning. Saturday called yelling once again that it overheated on him on the freeway. Told him not to drive he caused the blown motor. They came down Monday to car lot and threaten us to give him his money back or he was going to do something to us. After he settled down and talked about what happen we came to agreement that we would help get the truck fixed.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They returned only $1500.00 im still owed $1000.00 and there is no way I could have done anything to this truck in a week but drive it around to transport my children. I have bought 2 cars from them in the past and paid them in full with no problem. I will presue a cilvil lawsuit for the $1000. 00 if not returned to me in 3 business days.
