I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. Although the response is technically accurate and the matter has been resolved, until this complaint there was no communication made to me from the business about any second delivery attempts, despite my repeated emails. Once I was made aware (after I contacted the Revdex.com), the tracking information they finally forwarded to me indicated that the package was returned to the business, but was still not credited to my account. I think that the fact that this was during the holidays contributed to the error and I appreciate that the business did act swiftly once contacted by the Revdex.com. I hope this incident makes them more aware maintaining good communication with their patrons. I also very much appreciate the Revdex.com's assistance in resolving this matter.

I placed an order on December 13th for 2 shirts to give as Christmas presents. I only received 1 shirt on 12-19-16 and the packing slip shows both shirts as being delivered. I have tried calling the phone number I found online with no luck- it just rings, and rings, and rings and then some message about typing in your passcode. I e-mailed the company on the 19th and again this morning (22nd) and still have not heard back from them.

This has been resolved!!! YAY!!!! I called Lion & Cub in State College and talked to someone right away! Not only is she going to overnight my order, she gave me 50% refund off the entire order!!! It took awhile, but once I got the right phone number, they went above and beyond to satisfy me. Very pleased with outcome!

Review: I ordered from this company at the beginning of December for a Christmas present. They shipped the item to the wrong location and it was returned to them. After contacting them via email and confirming that they received the item, I asked them to reship and gave them my correct address. They never reshipped my item and they did not refund my payment. Numerous emails and attempts to contact this company by phone have been unsuccessful.Desired Settlement: I simply want a refund of the purchase since it is now too late to give as a present.
