I am rejecting this response because:
I think their excuse is a lame one!!! They indicated that due to staffing limitations they allow to weeks to process the refund due me; yet they would have had no staffing limitations when it comes to charging me a late fee or discontinuing my service if I had taken that long to pay my bill; that would have been instantaneously taken care of. And they certainly had no problem accepting my money up to two months in advance of their services

                     1. She disagrees with our $25 disconnect fee, which she views as unreasonable.
                     2. She objects to having been informed that her refund check may take up to 10 to 12 weeks to come her.
Here is our response to these concerns expressed by Ms. [redacted]:
We are required under Federal Communications Commission (FCC) law to levy such charges where cost is incurred. The $25 disconnect fee is a reasonable fee that helps us recover some of our costs of processing the disconnect, as well as those associated with dispatching a technician for the disconnect. We are prohibited by FCC law from granting exceptions to fee policies.

helpful March 28, 2017 letter notified our company of a complaint submitted to your bureau from [redacted] over two matters:1. He states that he was charged a $25.00 termination fee that there was no contract or nothing in writing regarding a termination fee.2. He contends that this is an "undocumented fee with Fraud intent".Here is our response to these concerns expressed by [redacted]:We are required under Federal Communications Commission (FCC) law to levy such charges where cost is incurred. The $25 disconnect fee is a reasonable fee that helps us recover some of our costs of processing the disconnect, as well as those associated with dispatching a technician for the disconnect. Frankly, the $25 disconnect fee barely covers our costs to do this. We are prohibited by FCC law from granting exceptions to fee policies.[redacted] did in fact receive this information in writing. This written material was mailed to all Nittany Media customers, including [redacted], and was included with their December 2016 billing. This material included Nittany Media's Annual Notice, Privacy Notice and Rate Card. The Rate Card stipulates Service Fees, including the $25.00 Disconnect Fee (a copy of the Rate Card is included with this letter). Our Customer Service department is available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to answer any questions our customers may have about our services and practices. This is in accordance with all applicable Federal Communications Commission regulations.We appreciate this opportunity to clarify our practices in light of the concerns raised by [redacted]. If you have any further questions about this matter, we welcome an additional opportunity to address those concerns. Since I have dropped my Verizon Landline phone and signed up with Nittany Media Keystone Digital Voice I am unable to call out on my phone and they tell me they can only come to house on Mondays and I am not available on Mondays. Paying for service that is not provided.
