Here's a rundown of the account:
9/4/2014 Their Credit card was declined
9/30 Their account was placed on hold
10/3, 10/10, 10/17 & 10/24 They were notified that there account was past due
10/27 They made a partial payment
1/8/2015, 1/15,...

1/22 & 1/29 They were once again notified that there account was past due
3/19 They were sent to collections
At no time has your account ever reflected that you had a credit. This bill has been due since 10/27/2014, I don't understand why you did not contest it until after it was sent to a collection agency.
We would like this paid in full.

I sold the house by end of October 2014 and cleared all the unpaid balances by 10/27/2014. I called the office and one of the customer rep. confirmed that the payment is current and the account is closed. Few weeks later, I received a phone call that I have a credit of $25.00 and a refund will be credited to my account.
The issue is I am a victim of incompetent customer and accounting service of Nitti Sanitation. I had problems with their payment services. It often sound like they don't follow a specific billing amount. Anyone working on the shifts makes up an amount and attempt to have customer to pay for it.
I am not responsible for this payment and will not pay for it. I expect a refund. I will also share my story with as many customers by possible so they don't fall into same exploitation.

We have over 10,000 separate accounts and do not run in shifts. We have only 2 people that handle the residential billing and 0 issue with our billing procedure. I have reviewed your account and at no time have you ever had a $25.00 credit in our system. Our office staff has tried to reach you over many months to get this resolved and you have made your self unreachable until this was turned into collections. Please make the payment.
