Hello Ms. [redacted],Thank you again for taking the time to speak to me about this case yesterday.  Here you will find our response to the complaint from Mr. [redacted] that we are re-visiting.  I appreciate your offered to review the response, due to the case being reopened: We have reviewed Mr. [redacted]’s recent response to his complaint, and uphold our offer to have the tire inspected per our warranty procedures.  His dealer will be able to facilitate submitting the tire for our inspection through the warranty process. Earlier in the day, I spoke to your colleague about addressing the recent consumer response, and the only piece of new information provided was a link to an article concerning another tire brand.  We are unable to comment on action of a brand outside of our own, but I can confirm that this information does not apply to this case. Thank you,[redacted].

In regards to this complaint, Nitto Tire U.S.A Inc. has not
yet received the tire in question or a claim form that supports it. Nitto Tire
U.S.A. Inc. will be happy to perform an inspection to determine if it is a
warrantable condition under the workmanship and materials section of the
warranty....
