Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Regards, [redacted] Iam rejecting this response because; Attorney [redacted] spoke to me over the phone on December 2014, he told me he could not do anything about my son`s case and he did not give me any results of the investigationhe could not collect any information or facts from my son [redacted] because he was very unaware of surronding environtment and confused due to the cranioencephalic traumatism he suffered on Octuber and he was in coma for about two weeks I really believe attorney [redacted] did not do any research or investigation on my son'case because he did not show me any paper or proof about that Regards [redacted] * [redacted]

The family of *** *** hired our law firm on October 22, to investigate all legal options available to him both with regards to the injuries he suffered and with regards to his immigration status No promises were made about possible results Thereafter, Attorney ***
*** twice went to visit Mr*** at the hospitalHe collected the facts as were available to him and did the legal research On Decemberr 16, 2014, Attorney *** *** spoke with the father of Mr*** and provided the results to him of the investigationOur law office performed the workThe fact that Mr***' father feels that his son had no satisfactory legal options is not a valid basis for a complaint against the attorneys Attorneys work with the law and facts as they are, not as they wish they were
