We rent a water softener from this company and have done so since In July, the softener was malfunctioning, causing the water to run continuously The company came out and repaired the unit I requested a letter from them, that I could turn into my water company, as they will adjust a portion of the high bill, in cases such as these Less than a month later, the water softener malfunctioned in the same manner Water was running continuously We called the company again, and requested they swap out the unit They said they did, however the connections to outside of the unit still look as if it is the same unit
Regardless of that, I have contacted the company three more times requesting a letter that I can submit to the water company, as now I have had months of high bills, due to the malfunction of the unitI still have not gotten the letter and contacted them again today They state the manager will call me, but it never happens My water bills have been nearly a to
