We are in receipt of your letter dated 7/20/in respect of a complaint which was submitted on 7/20/and assigned ID Number ***.Save and except expressly admitted, we deny each and every allegation of fact against our noble company and wish to state the true position of things as follows.On
the 07/14/we got a request from Mr*** ** *** for the repair of his GE Dishwasher which he claimed was not draining water and overflowing. One of our very best technicians in person of MrD*** was assign to carry out the task.On 7/14/17, MrD*** put a call through to Mr*** on his mobile number and notified him of his coming to his residence at *** *** *** *** *** ** ***. To our greatest surprised, Mr*** called us at about 5mins drive to his house to inform us that he won't be availableAfter much cancelation and rescheduling of appointment, we were left with no other option than to reschedule him for the next day (7/15/17) between the hours of 9:00a.m -11:00a.mMrD*** our technician got to the said resident at about 10:26am and met ***'s wife who led him to where the GE Dishwasher is installedOn getting there, the Dishwasher has been dismantled! ***'s wife informed D*** that they thought the problem is something they could fix, but they discovered they couldn't fix the dishwasher, and he finds it hard to assemble itAs a company policy an invoice was given to ***'s wife and she signed the diagnostic fee authorization which authorizes a non refundable fee of $covering only the technician to be at his door and perform diagnostic ln other to protect the dishwasher from scratching, and causing damage to the floor, D*** requested for big bath towels to lie on the floor so as to rest the dishwasher onThe wife brought the towels as requested and the dishwasher was carefully put down on it.D*** inspected the dishwasher and all seems to be in good condition; the drum and the pump among other things are in orderAs a company policy ‘you don't replace what need not to be replaced'Our TechD*** assembled the dishwasher and in the process of assembling discovered a stainless screw was missingHe drew the attention of ***'s wife to this and she also acknowledged that it might have gotten missing during the time they resulted to self helpThe stainless screw was replaced and also a crack was noticed which D*** felt might be the reason for the dripping of water.After assembling it, water keeps dripping from the dishwasher; D*** advised *** and his wife to contact General Electric (GE), the manufacturer, after wish ***'s wife left the house, leaving Tech D*** and *** at the houseThere after TechD*** put everything together and called *** to inspect the dishwasher and the working environment for any damage, which is the company policy for Technician to as customer to inspect both appliance and working area before leaving the work zone/areaMr*** inspected the work area and seems to be satisfied; Mr*** further collected customer copy of invoice and made a full payment of $(check) without delayHe also acknowledged our effort and promise to contact GE (the manufacturer of the dish washer). To our greatest surprise on 7/19/17, Mr*** called our office phone number requesting to speak with the operational manager, but he was informed of his unavailability at the moment.*** used offensive, unpleasant and unprintable words in his expressionsHe said D*** lied about the crack that there was no crack on his DishwasherAll thanks to our well trained staff for been professional with him on phone During the telephone conversation, *** requested for all he has paid but his attention was drawn to the fact that the payment are non refundable.In the spirit of maintaining a good customer relationship, the management has agreed to refund the Labor fee of $normally against the company's policy.Mr*** was not satisfy with this unprecedented offer; he went as far as threatening to ruin the reputation of the company by making claim such as that we damaged his floor and the problem with his broken dishwasher was misdiagnosedHe also said he will give us the worst review ever online.During his conversation with D*** on phone he carelessly made an honest revelation that after D*** worked on the dishwasher, he also called a plumber and the manufacturer to check thedishwasherLuckily, the manufacturer who saw things from another point of view, stated that there was no crack and discovered what was wrong with the dishwasher and it was fixed.We are grateful for hearing our side of the story in the spirit of amicable settlement.We want to draw your attention to the following factsMr*** has earlier resulted to self help before contacting us, he has dismantled the dishwasher without care to the extent of misplacing a stainless screwMr***'s wife gave us big bath towels to lay the dishwasher on; in other to protect the dishwasher from scratching and also to protect the floorMr*** inspected the dishwasher and work area after assembling it and when he seems all was in order he made paymentMr*** did not call us to make any complain either about the dishwasher or the floornot until 7/16/17, that was about hours after we worked on the DishwasherMr*** did inform D*** that a plumber and the manufacturer have worked on the dishwasher after usThe damage to the floor could have been from other partiesIt was when we declined full refund of the payment he made to us that he threatened to put up a claim against us damaging his floorMr*** did not wait to speak with our operational manager before filing a report to Revdex.com (Revdex.com).Management

In regards to the response of Niyalu Repair Service LLC to my complaint, I am highly unsatisfied.It is interesting that they immediately distract from their unprofessional service by first talking about the need to reschedule the appointmentWhat they failed to mention was that they had given us a two hour time frame and once the two hour time frame had expired, I called to inquire about their whereabouts and rescheduled the appointmentThere was only one conversation to reschedule NOT what they stated "after much cancellation and rescheduling..."They simply failed to arrive within the time frame specified and cited bad traffic for the delayIn essence, this opening of their choosing already discredits themIt is full of exaggeration.Niyalu's explanation of their work is simply wrongI have the invoice written in their own hands to prove itThey disconnected and removed the dishwasher from its fixtures and fiddled with it for minutesThe technician David said their is a crack in the tub and that he can't do anything about it and I have to contact GEHe stated that he could do nothingYet, in their letter response,stated he told my wife about a missing screw he replacedThat is an impossibilityMy wife while home when arrived, left before he finishedDavid, only talked to me upon his departureThere was no mention of a missing stainless screwWhen David reinstalled the dishwasher, the towels remained on the floorAfter removing the towels I noticed scratches on the floorThe technician attempted to hide the damage he caused.While both a plumber and a GE technician came to address the continued issues, NEITHER removed the dishwasherMy contractor is happy to show the forensic evidence of where the dishwasher marked the floor. The GE technician said whomever put the dishwasher back together did so incorrectlyThey also stated that there was no crack in the tub and that whomever I called was a complete fraudNiyalu's response strangely agrees with GE's assessment about their work and companyOnce again, their tendency to exaggerate should exonerate my story.Further to their response, they continue to distract from the issue by stating I used offensive language when I contacted themI did notI was very angry that I had been a victim of fraudDavid refused to give his manager's number for me to call directlyThe conversation was a complete runaround with no resolutionI immediately realized that these guys are scammers and wanted to prevent them from defrauding others and receive a full refund and compensation for the damage on my floorMy only option was to file with the Revdex.com. Since filing, the manager called me one week later and said he would look into it and get back to meHe did notInstead, I received his letter response via the Revdex.com. If the Revdex.com is unable to help achieve the resolution I seek, I do plan to file in small claims court.Dishonest businesses like Niyalu should be shut down.Sincerely,*** ** ***
