I signed a contract with *** owner of Nizz Realty. He is the broker / real estate agent. I am dissatisfied with his services due to his lack of professionalism and lies. He has blocked my husband's and my phone and says we could only conduct buisness through email because we have been disrespectful to him. I asked him to terminate the contract as I was very dissatisfied with his services. He refuses to let me go and is rude and we can not conduct buisness with this realtor. He has lied and says he does care if he makes his commission if I do not want to sell. Why is he holding us hostage to the contract if we cant get along.. Hes spiteful and cynical ..
Other (requires explanation) I want to terminate the contract with nizz realty inc.. The name of the individual is ***.. He promised me and my husband verbally that if we were not happy with his service's he would terminate the contract whenever we wanted to. He is a *** and i do not want to deal with this individual any longer as things are starting to get worse.
This is ***, licensed Florida real estate Broker/Owner of Nizz Realty Inc. "*** B. ***" & *** J. ***" asked me to list their property for sale. We agreed to and signed a 1 year listing contract. Everyone was aware of the contract terms and conditions. This is why we all signed the listing contract. I invested much of my own money and time into advertising this listing. My clients have payed me $0 for my services, and I will only be compensated by real estate commission upon a successful sale of this listing. Less than 30 days after listing the property, the ***'s inform me they do not want to continue with our contract. I had to initially invest much of my own money and time into advertising this listing. This is why we all signed a 1 year contract. I have the right to keep our contract in effect, the same way my clients have the right to only sell their property for what they deem acceptable. I understand my clients are upset; however, we all signed a 1 year contract, and I will continue to do my best to sell this listing. I have invested my own time and money into this listing, and I have the right to keep our contract in effect until it expires. my clients "The Wyatts" seem to be very upset about this and started to call my phone late at night around 11:00pm and the early morning around 3:00AM and various other times harassing me with threats and foul language. They have become extremely disrespectful, using foul language, and they even went as far as to make threats to me. Now they are making false accusations. I had to make the decision to block their numbers and informed them to only communicate through email at this time, due to me and my family being harassed in the late evening/morning while we are sleeping. I'm even holding onto various threatening text messages and emails they sent me. Just in case of anything. Our contract,text messages, and emails are personal, and at this time, it would be inappropriate and unprofessional to share our private documents & communications unless absolutely necessary. Our listing contract will remain in effect until it expires. All parties involved were well aware of the contract terms and conditions. My clients are probably dissatisfied because we could not obtain a full price offer within the first 30 days. These events currently taking place is why we all signed a 1 year contract.

This is in response to *** which is the realtor I unfortunately hired to list our house for sale. The lies continue from ***. When I asked *** why he had not told us upfront it was a 1 year contract his reply was " if you are not happy with my SERVICE I would have no problem terminating the contract" he went on to say " as I would not WANT you to be UNHAPPY and I would not want to be dealing with a relationship that was not good" *** has not taken pictures of my home except a few with his camera phone. Most pictures that are public are because I had to take them. *** has been rude, nasty and hostile everytime my husband and I have a question for him. I told him I was not happy with his lack of professionalism and I wanted to terminate the contract. I can go on and on of his lies and I also have TEXT messages to prove his nasty behavior towards us the ones who hired him. Once he got us to sign the contract he became a different person. If Mr. does not have a good relationship with his clients why would he want to not terminate the contract so we can move forward with our lives and he can be free as well. Any realtor would just cut ties and terminate the contract. I have offered Mr. the 500.00 that the contract state's we would have to pay Mr. if we terminate the contract early. Ge will not accept anything !!
