The product is GREAT and customer service is EXCELLENT. I placed an order for this product with another reseller and I was experiencing delays and uncertainties regarding the delivery of the product. I reached out to NJ Accessory got a good deal for the product that arrived the following day. The most impressive thing was the customer service representative - He was patient, courteous, well informed and warm. The product is working well. I'll be a repeat customer for sure and confidently recommend NJA to those that I know.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This individual is not providing truthful information 1) The dispute with [redacted] was just opened a few days agoI opened it as a item not received dispute because that was the option that reflected my issue the closestI called in and spoke with [redacted] this morning, and they changed the complaint to match a more appropriate case typeI'm not sure why the representative is indicating that the dispute was closed days ago - it was only opened a few days ago to begin with and [redacted] has indicated that there is no response from seller yetThe dispute has not been decided either way.2) I encourage you to do some homework on the business NJAccessory is not a registered company of any type (LLC, Sole Prop, DBA, etc) in NJAdditionally, they are run from a company who's changed the name on their building three times in the last couple of yearsFirst is was Ryther Camera, then it was Photomania, now it is Deals all YearThe window decals have stayed the same (look on [redacted] images) and are obviously operated by the same individualsThey have a track record of screwing over their customers and when it gets too bad, they simply change the name on the building.3) The fact is that we are still owed eight batteries and four warranties, totaling nearly two thousand dollars Their frequent name change, phone number changes, website changes, their F- reputation with the Revdex.com, their complaints in two years (most of which never responded to), and their [redacted] reputation [redacted] Ryther Camera and it'll autofinish it with "scams") speaks for itself Regards, [redacted]

I was telephonically contacted by *** of the business on July 29, 2016, and he was most apologetic for the delayHe assured me the order was being fulfilled, a tracking number was being assigned and that the item ordered would reach me in a couple of days

was sent. ikon does not service 1 year warranty from other sellers.  Only from  [redacted], Bh.  That why buyer has 3 year warranty from Mack.  they are repair company for over 25 years in the USA. We have done everything for this buyer.
