NJ Axemen Baseball Association, Inc Reviews (4)

This confused gentlemen *** ***) has filed a complaint with Revdex.com on the wrong company. *** *** is a training facility that trains teams and also sponsors select teams. The NJ
Axemen (a registered *** * non profit) is the team that the *** child played on.*** *** and NJ Axemen are separate entities. NJ Axemen is to whom ** *** wrote his checks to for team payment, not to *** ***. *** *** does help over see the NJ Axemen organization but players do not pay us for that service. Again we are a training facility that trains the NJ Axemen organization but both entities are completely separate and we (*** ***) have never taken any sort of payment for playing on the NJ Axemen from *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:

Attached to this email are Parent Code of Conduct, Original version which was printed on 9/25/15 10:37AM without no refund mention. New version that I printed today has refund policies. Also email conversation regarding refund.
I had text messages from Jeff mentioning $400 prorated refund, which I do not have any more because I purchase a new phone.
Regarding Glenn respond I was never told I can pick up my son's equipment (see attached email conversation).
Glenn/Jeff Text and called that my son was no longer welcomed in the team. Therefore he was no longer part of the Axemen organization. I ask Glenn and Jeff which policy I broke and if he can show me on the parent code of conduct which he never responded.
I would like to get my son's equipment that was paid in full and the prorated refund they promised.
Thank you for your time I look forward hearing from you,
Regards,

As we have mentioned before, we offered for the player to continue with the team so he could finish out the season without missing any play time and the choice to leave the team was your choice as you both were able to resolve your differences and you still decided on your own to leave.  Your equipment can be picked up at anytime from the facility - you just need to contact your coach so he can meet you there.  As for the policies listed below it appears that that section may have been cut out / altered but even if you look at your copy you attached in the last check mark of the first section it states:
"A player maybe removed from the team if he is disruptive, misses games and/or practices or does not adhere to the standard as outlined above.  Due to the Axemen reserving the spot and not rostering another player there will be no refunds of any kind for dues, uniforms, tournament fees or anything of the like regardless of when the team is released from the team."  This is pretty clear and again it was your decision to leave the team, hence there are no refunds of any kind!
Your actions by leaving the team with another players caused the team to scramble for players, games and tournaments leaving the other parents and players to try and and fill roster spots just to have enough players to fill a team so they can have a positive experience.  Not to mention was detrimental to the rest of the players health by having limited payers to sub-in just so we can play.  This was not a situation either of us of course wanted, but we are a non-profit and once you committed to the team we plan our budget accordingly and there are no funds to be distributed as all the funds are used for the benefit of the players and the organization does not profit like other for profit baseball organizations.

I was given an option of prorated refund of $400 dollars. Also they changed their website conduct policy. You can ask them for there website log. I believe every time you change something on a website there is a log. We were lucky enough to print the original policies.
I do not want to be where I have to walk on an egg shell. We as parent and customer have a right to ask question and not feel afraid that your son can get kick out just because  you ask a question.
Regarding my son equipment I would like to get them after all we paid for them in full.
