Review: They were hired in November 2014 to do multiple repair work on my garage doors and to my loading dock. Work was performed, they were paid in full and I complained to the owner that the welding done on the dock rails and bumpers was not good and the Owner Joe agreed that it was done improperly. He assured me that someone will come to reinforce or fix what was wrong and as of today, January 19th, 2015, no one has come. I have left COUNTLESS messages and emails were sent with no reply to either. When Joe FINALLY replied, he claimed he was out of the country but someone will be over... again, no one has showed up and I have not heard a word from him. I paid close to $6,000.00 for work that was never done correctly.Desired Settlement: I want them to come and FIX this horrible job or REFUND me my money.
