We spoke to lisa magill weeks ago and told her "no problem"We sent her a warranty cancellation form to l [redacted] All she has to do is sign it and email it back to [redacted] or fax it to

I am rejecting this response because:IT WAS AGREED UPON NEW BRAKES AND TIRES AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE FIXED WHEN WE CAME BACK FOR THE PLATES BUT GOT NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUNDTHIS IS WHY USED CAR DEALERS GET BAD NAMES FROM COMPANIES LIKE THIS ONE AND TO PROVE IT WE PAID MORE THEN THE ASKING PRICE OF THE LISTED PRICE ON LINE

We are responding to a complaint made against us (id#1***)We bought a vehicle from a dealerWe sold the vehicle to customer in September for advertised pricemonths later we received a phone call from customers uncleHis uncle said that he found out the mileage was rolled back and also that
he was a retired nypd officer and that if we do not buy the vehicle back then being NYPD he can make alot of trouble for usWe rechecked our paperwork and Carfax, the same way as before buying that car and let the man know that there is nothing we can do for himA week later Sayrville police came and spoke to us and we gave them our copies of this dealIn conclusion, If there was a discrepency made at Dodge dealer they took it to months later than this has nothing to do with usif in fact there was mileage roll back than this is a criminal act and somebody should be arrested for thisNeither scenario has us buying back a car because a customer fell on hard times and decided to take advantage of car dealer he bought car from using his family as an intimidation tactic. When the customer purchased the vehicle it was a contract with an agreed upon price. The customer signed and took delivery of the vehicle. Brand new tires were not agreed upon and we put on high quality used tires that the customer clearly visualized when they picked up the vehicle. At that time...

they never said a word. The brakes did not need too be replaced as per our certified mechanic at STS in [redacted]. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate too contact me.

Review: On September 2, 2014 I purchased a 2006 Dodge Charger from Formula Investments Inc. [redacted]/NJ Luxury Motors. When the car was purchased the odometer reading was 85179. The salesman [redacted] assured me the car was in good working condition. I interacted with [redacted] in the office as far as the monetary aspect of the car (i.e., loan and down payment). Over the course of having this car regular routine maintenance was conducted. Several major issues occurred that have totaled approximately $2000. Approximately on February 23, 2015 the car stalled and would not start up again. The car was towed to Flemington Dodge the week of February 27, 2015. Upon a diagnostic check there were several issues uncovered with the car. During this time Dodge revealed that the car had been serviced on 3/13/2014 with a mileage read of 121,707. Justine in the service center informed us of the discrepancy. We contacted [redacted] at NJ Luxury Motors in reference to this issue and he was not willing to resolve the issue with us. A police report was filed (Case #[redacted]) with the Sayerville Police Department.Desired Settlement: I want to return the car and be refunded for down payment, monthly payments, repairs and towing.

This is in response to ID#[redacted]. Mr. [redacted] came to test drive the Ford Escape on 8/27/15. He drove the vehicle and discussed financing and other things. After an hour or so Mr. [redacted] left our dealership without purchasing the vehicle so he could think about the transaction. He called back later on and said he wants the vehicle. He came back. Mr. [redacted] left a check for $500.00 as a down payment. He was supplied with a Temporary Registration issued from the NJ State Online System that was valid for 20 days. 3 days later his check was returned for "stop payment". Our first call should have been to our local police for grand larceny, but we gave him the benefit of the doubt and called him about the check. His answer was disturbing. He told us that his friend said that he should not pay because he did not get his [redacted] registration that same day but before he could realize that it was wrong to stop payment it was too late. He then informed us that he would be sending out a replacement check immediately. Instead of a replacement check we received a Revdex.com complaint. This person is using your office to get out of a $500 debt. Unfortunately for him, since receiving this complaint along with his plates that are waiting for him so is a NJ warrant of arrest. You can let him know that he can come pick up his plates when ever he would like..

First honest car dealers that we have encountered in years. Bought our family's Chevy Tahoe and we love it. A real mom and pop place. Will recommend all of our family and friends

Review: I purchased a vehicle and they forged my name for a useless warranty that I am expected to pay for as per my finance company.Desired Settlement: I want the warranty taken off of my loan

Review: Hi there,

I bought a car from this dealer. Mercedes Benz E350 year of 2013. [redacted] and [redacted] told me that since it's a luxury car I have to take an extra insurance through them. They said it is a mandatory or I can't buy this car. I was naive and trusted them. The cost of this service is $3500.00 . I sold the car and bought another car so I asked them to cancel the insurance since the car was sold. I spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] and they said they will take care of it. then [redacted] told me that he can't cancel it but can transfer it to my new car. He asked me to provide the VIN number make and model plus the year of the car. I sent him everything and since then He is ignoring my calls, texts and when I call they are always finding excuses.

Also, He was supposed to pay me $250.00 for the second key of the Mercedes E350 but he never did! Every time I call him he was telling me that he had the key, he just received from the previous Bank then I asked him to send it overnight and he didn't do it then he admitted that he doesn't have the key but will pay for it at Mercedes Dealer.Desired Settlement: At this point, I'm requesting a full refund of my $3500.00 which is clearly a scam and a joke. I never received any document for their supposed insurance.

Also, He needs to refund me $250.00 for the second key of the Mercedes that he never gave me. He promised me to pay me or refund me this charge but he never did!

Total refund is: $3750.00
