I am receiving surcharges from MVC I moved to Maryland, and changed my address However, they are stating that they never received my change of address even though I received their first and third letter They also notified me by mail to my new address about me changing my license to another state When I received that letter, I sent by mail, my change of address I received the first letter for the surcharge of $by mail to the Maryland address I paid the charge in a timely manner I did not know that this was a charge for every year for three years I then got a letter in November saying my license was suspended, and a restoration fee of $needs to be paid I received this letter at my Maryland address I did not, however, receive the second letter to my Maryland address I did not know there were yearly charges so I was also not looking for this letter I called a representative about the charge, and they referred me to another number to dispute the charge I sp
