I am rejecting this response because:
They lied to me when I made the appointment, my entire office can confirm I was calling multiple offices to make sure I was in network When I called NJ Spine, they said I was in Network and to come in; they did not mention anything about being an out of network provider Because of my out of network deductible, I would have never went to an out of network provider.

All patients are told we are an out of network provider. This patient does not have a copay for out of network physicians and is subject his co-insurance after his deductible is met.
