[redacted] came to our dealership on 7/9/16. She wanted to participate in our buy here pay here program which requires customers to pay 50% of the total cost of the vehicle and make monthly payments towards the balance. We thoroughly explain to any potiental customer that interest MUST be...

made on the remaining balance. The selling price of the vehicle [redacted] wanted was $13000. She did not have all the money. We were willing to be the lienholder on the vehicle and charger her interest on the money owed. [redacted] did not understand this. Lenders and banks all charge interest if a custoemr "borrows" money from them, we as a company are entitled to do the same thing.

I am rejecting this response because I never stated that I could not afford the payment. I simply said I could not afford to fix the car, a lemon, that you gave me & spend over $800 a month for the payments and insurance. The manufacturer told me if my warranty did not cover what was wrong with the car I would have to pay for it. As I previously stated, I had the car for a little over 2 months and it started shaking uncontrollably. I mentioned the issue before to the salesman Will and he brushed me off saying it was the Eco boost, meanwhile he never even looked at the car. Upon doing research on the car, the car has a lot of transmission issues. I believe this car was forcefully pushed on me because I was vulnerable. I dropped the car off and took my plates, yes because I paid for them and I didn't not want the car dealer to get it towed and say I abandoned the car. All I ask is for my deposit back especially since you all have the car & the bank has already paid you in full for the car.
