Review: I am owed refunds for work not completed which was paid in full according to the contracts- at least 4 - to my knowledge. In addition, in the course of one contract my heating ducts were removed (this is the second or third time this happened) therefore the repairs resulted in additional damage(s). I have been working with Neil since 2009 and personal issues that exist should have no bearing on the refunds that are owed to me. I sincerely regret having to file this and I do not wish to pursue legal recourse however I need this to be rectified accordingly. My hope is that this filing makes him amendable to a settlement. every thing that was paid for was complete to contract work. the only things that were not completed was three wires @ the electrical panel which would have got tied into the panel when we were back on the job again. there was also money owed for the paint work that was completed, that she owed njm for our services.as far as the heating ducts being removed, [redacted] had known that the ducts were coming down so the wires could be ran professionally. at the time of the heating ducts being removed, me & [redacted] went ova a installation plan of how the new ducts would be routed in the basement due to the steel work that was performed years ago. we went ova the layout I believe back in the summer time, I was specific with [redacted] that before you know it winter would be here & you need to have 3-4 thousand dollars for new ductwork..... I tried working with [redacted] many times & she would change her mind about trying & resolving things. One of t he biggest things that bothered NJM was that [redacted] had went to my cabinet wholesale distributor & went behind our backs paying them directly. I felt that was very unprofessional. NJM has been working with [redacted] for 2 years on cabinet design work & we were entitled to our percentage. at first [redacted] was very angry about what was goin on with the job, but then she contacted me & wanted to mail out a check for what she did as far as the cabinetry. We @ NJM take our work very seriously & never had any complaints.

The kitchen sink was to have a air admittance valve installed under the cabinetry which is code by New York State plumbing code.

The dishwasher we drill a hole thru the back corner of the floor & bring wire up from the basement @ the time of the installation of the dishwasher.
