Review: Today, I reached out to the box office manager, as I was previously told to by other employees of the venue, because I had tickets to an event at the venue, that did not scan properly, and did not allow entry into the event. The purpose of my call was to find out the reason behind the ticket failing to properly scan, and hoping to gain some information about this.
Initially when I called, the assistant answered and asked for some basic information about the ticket. Once I provided the ticket information, the assistant said "You are not the account holder." I said "I never gave you my account information." At this point, the box office manager then grabbed the phone from the assistant, screamed "Hello?!? You've been calling for 2 months about this order, and we told you we do not give out the scan report!" I stated that I have been not calling for 2 months, because the concert was 3 weeks ago. She insisted she was right, and continued to scream at me. I again said it was 3 weeks ago. She said it was July 2nd. I then pointed out the date, at which point she continued to scream saying you do not give out the scan report. I asked her to not scream at me, and that I do not need the scan report, I just want details about the specific ticket and why it did not work. The conversation continued for about 5 minutes and she continued to scream at me until I asked her for a second time to stop screaming. She absolutely refused to help and told me that she does not deal with these issues.
I understand if it is not her responsibility, and she cannot help with my issue, but she incessantly screamed and me, and never let up. She was extremely rude and nasty. I never, never want to deal with anyone that treats a customer this way, and will avoid all future events at the IZOD center.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology via a phone call for her behavior and attitude. As a manager who employs staff that speak with people on the phone daily, if I was her manager listening in on that phone call, she would be reprimanded and warned. That tone and behavior is unacceptable. She is putting her company at risk.
