NK/ASAP Express Movers

Review: They did not deliver as promised.They arrived two hours late. When we called asking where they were during those two hours, the number on the receipt did not work, so we found another number online. The person who answered was surprised that the driver didn't call to say he was late. The first time we called asking if they were still coming, the person said they'd arrive in 30 minutes because the truck just left. An hour later, we called and they still were not here, so he said they would still be coming. When they did arrive, the truck had no markings at all - unlike the image on the website - it was just a big white unmarked truck. They did not wear uniforms or anything even with an logo on it. I waited outside for a big truck to arrive, and when one did come around the corner, it stopped and the driver looked confused, so I went over to them and asked if they were here for my move. They just looked at me like they didn't know what I was asking. So they handed me their driving instructions and it said our address so that was the only way I knew it was them.The movers did not speak English. We had to verbally tell them "cocina" for "kitchen" and "abajo" for "downstairs." When rained I told them to cover the bikes with a blanket that I provided. They started to take the bikes in the rain! They unloaded furniture at random.They had poor manners and behaved in an unprofessional way. One of them took a container by the sink, filled it with water, and drank out of it, then put it back on the counter without washing it or saying anything. When they went to the bathroom, they did not wash their hands, yet continued moving our things.They had poor understanding of how to load or drive a truck. They didn't have dollies or wrap furniture to protect it. They tried to put my cats in the truck with everything else! They didn't load heavy things in the back. Everything went in at random. The truck veered into the yard and on the grass, had difficulty turning around corners, backing up and parkingDesired Settlement: I spent $645. I would like a refund of at least $300.I have more complaints than what I could fit in the complaint description box above.I have tried for a year to talk to them but they always say they will call me back (which they never do) or they are too busy to talk.

At this time, I have not been contacted by NK/ASAP Express Movers regarding complaint ID [redacted].If they do not respond, and if you put this in their record, I would like to know if I could view the information that will be put in the record. I think I originally sent you information that was longer than would fit in the submission box, and I want to make sure it makes sense and covers the issues well. Also, is there a way my complaint can be made public so anyone searching for the company online will find my complaints? Although I'd like my last name to not be visible to the public.
