Poor quality craftsmanship and shady business practices. This company runs through employees and contractors like they're having a going out of business sale and you can see it in their final product. Depending on who the contractor was at the time, will dictate what is standard at one time is now no longer the standard or vice versa. Several issues with one year warranty being honored. Understand issues with COVID but there are external things that still weren't fixed like; missing window screens, poor masonry work, broken vents in crawl space, seed and hay issues, poor grading of land, deck floor planks installed wrong, and others. Several neighbors have had issues with this business and their different standards, not holding up their end, and customers getting so frustrated with their excuses and run around that most just take care of it themselves. This is something expected of a shady used car dealership and a bad business. Avoid this company and get a more credible/trustworthy builder to save you time, money, and the frustration of dealing with an untrustworthy business like NK Homes. NK Homes doesn't even deserve a star.

*** * ***, the parent company of NK Homes, trespassed on my property without permission, spread dirt over existing turf and have refused to send me a letter of apology or anything in writing stating that they will repair the damage despite my request Doug G*** himself stopped by and viewed the damage from the road, did not bother to knock on my door and from the edge of my yard, stated to my face that, "Nobody in the neighborhood likes you Why don't you just move?" So, this is a company that will not only damage a residents' property, refuse to put anything in writing as far as reparation of the damage, but then will also insult the person involved to their face I would not recommend ever doing business with this company
