This is our third year with NaturalLawn of America. Our lawn was in pretty bad condition when we started our service with them. Kyle is our technician and has done an excellent job in restoring our lawn. It is looking much healthier and more beautiful. We have been very satisfied with the results.

For two years now we have had Naturallawn of America services our property, with no problems. In March of 2017 I called the company and spoke with a customer service personal and stated if it was possible to lower our rates, she at time said no and I mentioned that we will be looking for another company. In mid-March I have found another company and signed up with them. In April around SPRING BREAK WHILE WE WERE ON VACATION, Naturallawn come over to our property and did some lawn care. When I noticed as we returned I called them and wanted to know why they came over to do some lawn care when I never gave them permission nor did I have a contract with them for 2017. They stated that they automatic renew on contract, but with what right did they have when prior in March I had called to state that I will find another company. They have charged me for $153.76 for their services when I didn’t ask them to nor wanted them at that point. Who gives them right to decide for mw that And who
