Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
 
The ONLY time I spoke with Nikko on the phone, I told him that I did not care whether their mechanic fixed the truck, or our mechanic fixed the truck, but that the truck needed to be fixed and put into the condition they represented the truck to be in when the truck was purchased.  He told me he would have to call me back.  Nikko never called.  To this day, Nikko has never called.  We have an answering machine, so if he called and we were not home, we would have gotten the message.  No message was ever received.
 
I understand that we bought the truck "As, Is".  However, there is still such as things as "implied warranty."  We were informed by both the salesman and Nikko that the truck had gone through NMI Motor Sport's mechanic shop and checked out in good condition.  That simply was not the case.
 
It is very apparent that NMI Motor Sports is going to let a lying, crooked sales manager handle this claim and since that is the owner/registered agent doesn't even want to address us, we will send the claim to the AG's office.  The AG's office takes claims like our very seriously.
 
And Nikko didn't seem to mind that I ([redacted]) was not the registered owner, when he accepted a $12,000 check from me.
