[redacted]Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to respond to this complaint.  We do take all complaints very serious due to the nature of our business.  The phone number [redacted] has only called our company the one time.  If he did call more than once it may be that he called...

from a different number, we have searched both our call tracking systems, (panalog, and whos calling) and only show the one call.  Most likely he called another company in June to be removed.  The first time his name has been used by our company (NMotion)  was a piece of mail postmarked on 7/20/15.   There are many companies similar to ours that send out mail as well as many dealerships.Mr. [redacted] information was removed from our database on July 27th, 2015 after his call requesting to be removed on July 22nd, 2015. Our records indicate that Mr. [redacted] was only mailed two letters; an initial correspondence, and then a follow up “Second Notice” which was in transit to him prior to his removal request. Our call tracking system shows Mr. [redacted] has called our company one time, which was his removal request on July 22nd, in which we complied with his request. Over the last 360 days, we have not received any additional correspondence from him. During the phone call with Mr. [redacted], it is our policy to explain that the letters get mailed in advance, and that he may receive one more letter in the mail, as it was mailed BEFORE his request for removal and to disregard that notice, as he would not be mailed again. The “2nd Notice” that he refers to in his complaint was the same letter that he was asked to discard, as it was already in transit and couldn’t be pulled. Our software marked his information on July 27th as a DO NOT MAIL, and we have not sent him correspondence again.  We would like to send our apologies to Mr. [redacted] for the correspondence that he received from us. I can assure that his information was removed in a timely manner from our systems in compliance with his request, and no future mailings have, or will be sent to him from our company, as he is on our internal No Contact List. Please note that we are only able to remove him from our systems, and any other company solicitations he is receiving  will have to be contacted for a no contact request. We appreciate correspondence and feedback from our customers so that we can continuously improve our practices and procedures.
