Review: I have a gift certificate with an expiration date of 5/10/2014 from NNI Salon & Spa. I viewed their web site today when I was planning to call and schedule an appointment. The web site (http://nnisalonandspa.vpweb.com/) indicates they are no longer accepting gift certificates issued by the previous owner (prior to August 2013). I called the phone number on the web site (which is identical to the phone number on the certificate) and inquired about the statement on the web site. I was told that they would not accept the gift certificate.Desired Settlement: As the business has the same name and contact information listed on the gift certificate and they are refusing to honor it, I would like a refund for the value paid for the certificate ($100).
