As I stated beforeThis is the WRONG company and wrong complaint!!! *** *** bought a truck from NNY Tire & Sales in Massena, NY The original complaint is right but the response you sent is NOT from the right businessI will forward the documentation needed tomorrowI have the bill of sail and bank papers. We purchased a *** *** *** on May 16th, from NNY Tire & AutoOn May 17th, I called sales guy Kyle and gave him list of things wrong with the truck - it came with day warrantyKyle said no problemThe truck was taken to the garage times and only things were fixedI asked about the day warranty running out and Kyle said no problem we'll come good on it allThen after not hearing from them or them not answering my phone call, I stopped down on July 3rd asking what the deal was and why my truck wasn't fixed yetWe dropped it off AGAIN to find they "Didn't have the part in yet"Called the Owner, Shawn *** with our complaints and concerns, he said drop it off and leave and it with a list of what needs to be done and it WILL be fixedIt was there all week and they only did the air bag censor and nothing elseThey even offered money for me to fix my own truck and go away - bribery???

We bought a truck in Massena, NY - this is from Lansing and its a Ms [redacted]. Sorry but wrong information.

Dear Revdex.com,I have received your letter due to a complaint regarding [redacted] on the 2009 [redacted].Mr. [redacted] had ownership of this vehicle more than 30 days. Mr. [redacted] had been driving the vehicleand encountered engine issues while owning this vehicle. The state of the...

vehicle was in good workingorder and condition. The problems he was encountering with the vehicle was caused to his negativedriving and miss care of the vehicle causing these issues. Mr. [redacted] had never made his first car paymentto [redacted] Financial. Therefore, he faulted & broke the agreement and the terms of the loan from[redacted]. By Mr. [redacted] faulting to pay his first payment to [redacted] the loan went into repossession &NNY Tire & Auto then had to forfeit all funds which were received on this vehicle. Excluding the $2500down payment. NNY Tire & Auto then had to take a $6500 Loss on this vehicle. The vehicle is now backto being NNY Tire & Auto property which [redacted] still has not yet returned the 2009 [redacted]to the dealership of which now owner ship belongs to. He refuses to let the Staff at NNY Tire & Autorecover the vehicle. In all fair faith Mr. [redacted] refused to pay for the vehicle after taking it off the lot hereat the dealership and faulted on his loan causing us to take a loss and not being able to recover thevehicle for resale to rekindle the loss on the vehicle to dealership. As to customers statement to theproblem the car was trashed and run down from the drivers neglect, and because of him not making hisfirst payment and damage to the vehicle and not being able to recover the vehicle the funds receivedare to cover the loss and the damages of the vehicle and time of him refusing to surrender the vehicle.He did not store the vehicle. He is not allowing it to be recovered for repossession and refuses tosurrender it.
