No. 1 Bus Tour Inc

I have had a terrible experience with No 1 Bus. I bought my a round trip ticket from gotobus.com, and the bus was supposed to leave at 1:30 am from Fredericksburg, VA to New York. Upon reserving my ticket online, It was said to arrive 45 mins prior to departure, so therefore I arrived at 12:45AM. First, the address that they provided on their site was wrong, and I was driving around aimlessly not knowing where to wait for the bus. I still waited in a parking lot, with hopes that they would call me when the bus arrived. I received a call at 1:30am stating that the bus will be 1 hour and 15 mins late. No apologies were given. I was patient and understanding, and waited on 3:00 am. I called the representative again, and he told me that he does not know where the bus driver was, and he gave me the phone number of the bus driver. I was baffled because I never experienced this before. I called the bus driver 2 times before getting an answer, and he replied that he will also be 40 mins late. Again, no apologies. I waited in vain, and no bus showed up. I wanted to warn others, because this company has been known for providing horrible services. I read a few Yelp reviews today, to only find out that this company provides terrible service.
