The business never allowed me to provide them information regarding my military service, as I asked them multiple times if they wanted it, just to clarify a piece of the statement made by the business. On the contrary, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Regards,

I have reviewed all of the notes.  [redacted] simply did not cancel or show proof that he was in the military.  I will take his word for it.  I am a veteran myself.  I will wipe out his balance and no further payments and or contact will be made.

Member admitted to receiving the email on how to apply for cancellation. Also in members agreement it states that the member may send a certified letter to the facility at well. No where does it state that a phone call or an email constitutes as an official cancellation request. All cancellation request must be in writing. Last offer to member still stands. Member must accepted offer by responding with a reply. If not accepted the original terms and conditions will apply as member is bound by there agreement. As of now NBD Fitness considers the matter closed as stated in the previous response.

As a courtesy by new owner. Member has been refunded $139 for the month of May only. Member's secondary contract was not fulfilled and the cancellation fee without a Dr. note expressly stating permanent disability is $240 + 30 day notice payment. Total $340 Cancellation fee  Dr. note...

stating permanent disability the cancellation fee is $120. Member's $100 payment during month of May has been put towards cancellation fee. In which the company considers that equal compensation for the early termination and deem this matter closed. If member wishes to pursue anything further. Then NBD who has done no wrong doing. NBD will submit invoice of payments made and also the contract in which member signed and will request dr. Note stating permanent disability and remaining balance of $20 or if not note is furnished stating permanent disability. Will request the remaining balance of $240. As of now members agreements have been cancelled and will only be reopened and remaining  balance sought if member wishes to pursue further refunds or compensation.
