I ordered 3 Kansas City Chiefs Puffer dog jackets from this company. I called customer Service to get a update on the delivery, they answered on the 2nd ring. The guy on the other end was very nice & very helpful he called the company & found out the delivery date & they emailed me promptly back. I received my items in about 1 week & they were great quality & my dog & grand doggie’s will be fixed up for Christmas Day! Thank you so much strongly recommend this place!
