Regarding my complaint ID [redacted], owner of No Escape Pest Control, offered to provide a free mosquito service for our inconvenience in response to the Revdex.com complaint.
He offered this service to me...

weeks ago. The fact is that the contracted service, much less the “free” service has not been provided.
Mr. De La Barra phoned my husband on 7/30/15 stating he would provide services on 7/1/15. My husband explained that we were leaving for vacation on 7/1 so that service on that day would need to be done before noon. [redacted] stated that there was no need to enter our house, that service outside would be adequate. My husband stated that was not acceptable, that the pest problem, ever growing, was in the house and being that the service was “delayed”, the service was due in May, we wanted both the inside and outside treated. [redacted] did not provide services on 7/1/15.
On return from vacation, 7/6/15, we phoned Mr. De La Barra, leaving a message that we had returned and would be available anytime to have services provided. We left one additional message after 7/6/15. We have not had a call back. No appointment has been scheduled. My pest situation continues to multiply.
So, to accept a free mosquito service when I have been unable to get my contracted service, seems ridiculous.

Review: I called to schedule an appointment within my warranty period and when I spoke to the gentlemen he told me he had appointments available that week and he would call me back to schedule once he was in the office. I received no call back and left 4 messages that week in regards to getting the appointment scheduled with no return call. Now the original work performed is outside of the warranty period and there is an issue with the service performed in which I tried to get resolved within that timeframe.Desired Settlement: I would like the courtesy of a return call and would like the services performed under the warranty period as I called to schedule an appointment within that timeframe.

Review: Owner of business came to our door during the day to sell his product. He stated that if we paid him rite away $250.00 he would provide all year coverage for spraying indoor/outdoor wasps, bees, boxelder, spiders, etc. He would also treat for a mice problem with dusting applied inside the house. Owner also stated that by signing today and paying today, he would come and do full yard mosquito spraying.

The day we signed and gave money - he said he sprayed outside of house and treated for mice downstairs with a powder residue. He had a younger boy with him whom was helping. I did not personally see him spray, but he did go into the basement for a bit. When I asked him to spray the basement he stated that we needed to be gone outside the residence for it to be done. We could call for that to be done. He also said to call for the mosquito service. I have attempted to call all 4 numbers I could find including information on our "contract". Everything is disconnected. I do not have an address that is valid for the owner and have not seen him for several weeks. He had been to our house twice within a couple of weeks to sell his product. My opinion is that this business is a scam.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $250 that he cashed. I would like it in cash or cashiers check. No services were preformed and subj is not able to be located.

Review: On 9/5/2014 my husband Peter and I signed a 1 year extermination contract with No Escape Pest Control, owner [redacted]. We were having problems with mice, bees and bugs and despite our every effort were unable to rectify the situation ourselves. [redacted] resolved our situation in September 2014. We signed a 1year contract and paid him in full for a total of 3 additional visits. May, July and September of 2015. Having not heard from [redacted] by mid-May both my husband and myself made numerous phone calls to the phone number on the contract, 262-844-8845. Several appointments were made, my husband and I made arrangements to be at home, but the proprietor never showed. This continued into June, phoning [redacted] on often a daily basis. Despite appointments, causing missed work for my husband, he did not show. There were many family related excuses and/or weather problems, but not once did we get advance notice of this, as a matter of fact it was only by calling hours after the scheduled appointment that we were informed. As an example on 6/20/2015 [redacted] was scheduled at noon. When he didn't show by 1pm, I called every 2 hours until 5pm. No answer, no reply. I called 3 times on 6/21/2015 and offered him transportation. Of course these were messages left on his phone, No Escape Pest Control has not taken or returned my calls since 6/20/2015. I ask only to have my contract honored, or my money returned. I have left many messages, I'd estimate at least 20, and have had no resolution. My pest situation is growing daily and I will be calling another exterminator this week. It really hurts to be taken advantage of by what I believed was a professional.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded. I'm afraid that to have the service done 3 more times may simply be a repeat of the current frustration. My service was due in May, today is June 29, 2015. No Escape Pest Control, [redacted], has not returned my calls since 6/20/2015.
