I chose not to allow the business to "microblade" on me again because they did not do the eyebrow design I had shown them to times prior to microblading, I was told it was single stroke but that the design could be doneAfter she was finished I walked away in years and cried my entire drive home because it looked like I didn't own a set of tweezers everI am honestly thankful that it did not hold in my skinI have never in my life met a artist that doesn't do what is asked on someone else skin knowing it is permanent or semi permenentAttached is the design I wanted and showed her, and the copy of my eyebrow before, after microbladed and after fully healed

Thank you for your inquiry regarding client: *** *** request for a refund.When ***initially called #NoFilter she was asked to read complete disclosure and details regarding the two step process and conditions that may hinder Microblading on website: NoFilter317.comAt the time of her
consultation regarding her BLUE eyebrows correction and Microblading, she was explained to in person including hand gestures hand gestures the different between Tattooing with tattoo machine vsMicroblading (hundreds of tiny cuts) It was explained in person that this is a two step process as everybody heals differentlyThis is a common occurrence worldwide in regards to Microblading as cuts heal from the inside out, which there is a larger opportunity for the body to expell pigment from an open wound vstattooing with a tattoo machine injecting and leaving almost no opportunity for pigment to escape.*** stated that she had been stalking the No Filter Academy facebook page, which has MULTIPLE postings regarding the difference between Tattooing with tattoo machine and Microblading, including a post in December specifically about retention problems due to aftercare or health.Brandy was asked a third time to read Business Blackboard, and "What is Microblading" the same day of service, while filling out Consent form.Clearly stated/posted at front desk of business: (pics attached)You are paying for your artists' time(#NoFilter cannot regain the time spent on *** that could have been spent on another client)No refundsConsent form states no guarantee, as the tattoo artist has no control over someone else's health, body's reaction to trauma and or pigment, and her responsibilties in proper aftercare.Brandy stated in her own words via facebook message that she "do not wish to be re tattooed on" thus *** herself is not completing the two step process clearly stated verbally, and in "What is Microblading" printout at time of service, on website, and on facebook.Respectfully,#NoFilter317-703-
