Put a boot on my car for being minutes over the hour limit on the sign in an empty parking lot (I checked the car at hours and since there were spaces everywhere and no sign of any issue or monitoring didn't see it necessary to move)Rude on the phone from the minute they answeredEnded the call by calling me an extremely derogatory name, "queer" to be exact
they moved my car with dolleys over a curb into a bush and booted it claiming I parked it illegally and told me I was drinking. illegal
