As I have stated [redacted] was Out on Bail from 07/14/2015 to 10/05/2015 which was when the Judge order him to be placed into custody of the Missouri Dept of Mental Health. Ms. [redacted] Has contacted me every day since this has taken place asking if I have spoke with the attorney. I have left messages for the attorney and recently spoke with a representative from his office in which he is no longer with the firm. There is a process to be relieve from bond and at this time Mr. [redacted] is still out on My bond while he is on a 6month treatment with the dept. of Mental Health. As I have advise Ms. [redacted] I am working to get information on this process and she needs to be patient. Ms. [redacted] is to continue to make payments on her account Per contract. My service is to Make Bond I can not control what the courts grant or do. What Ms. [redacted] is asking she should be consulting her attorney. I have went above and beyond when help Ms. [redacted]. Professional Bond Charges or not refunded due to an outcome of a case.
