WORST COMPANY EVER
AFTER BEING HUNG UP ON BY A NASTY EMPLOYEE I DIDN'T RECIEVE THE SOLUTION I PURCHASED ON SAID DATE. THEIR WEBSITE LIES AND IS MISLEADING. GO ELSEWHERE! This company should not be in business. Never again!

Incompetent and No Customer Service
Company sent wrong CPAP machine. I requested return/replacement, which was cancelled 3 days later. I called and was sent to VM. Twice, I used the 'live' chat feature to no avail. After hours, the chat allows you to send a message. I received my delivery on 9/13 and have heard nothing from No Insurance Medical Supplies, except for the return cancellation. I've contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I guess I am one of the only people on the planet that will go out of their way to report an experience that far exceeds my expectationsI found this company via an internet search on GOOGLE and was looking for a new CPAP machine to replace the one I used for the past yearsIn the past, I had to re-educate myself on the subject as the local "durable medical equiptment" carriers in my area were not capable of communicating in a way that made a non-"medical professional" feel comfortableThis time, it was differentPrior to me placing my order with No Insurance Medical Supplies, I called and spoke with a representative and got my questions answered in a way that didn't require a translatorI got feedback in regards to updating my nasal pillow mask and chose to order new headgear once I placed the orderI placed my order online later that day and wondered if the online experience would continue to be a good as it was when I called When I placed the order, I received an immediate confirmation and the tracking info was received soon afterIt was late in the day so, I assumed shipping would be delayedMy order was obvioulsy packaged and shipped out immediately as I received the package hours laterAs per the merchandise itself, all I can say is, the RESMED AirSense Auto smachine is exactly what I wanted, needed and expectedI also received the new RESMED Pmask and it is the best nasal pillow mask that I have ever triedThe person that recommended it definately knew their stuff and I am greatful for thatI will continue doing business with this company and have already referred a friend of mine to them, as well
